Startrader is a Scam and Fraud
I was introduced to Startrader by my Spouse, To deposit money into my account was easy, and I withdrew £50 to test if i could before depositing large sum. I have not been able to withdraw from my trading account since. Anytime i call them all they do is give me a run around, i even provided my bank statement to confirm that i have not receive anything from them but nothing. They are a scam and Fraud. easy to deposit but impossible to withdraw. My advise, don't put your money with them. You can never get your money back. infact i was advise to deposit more.

This is unmatched compared to other markets. Of course, H&L is different and that is instant to bank accounts.

Worst Customer service!
There’s reason why average rating is only 3.9. Stay away from this trading app! The worst in handling withdrawal from your account. I withdraw my fund since February 28 and until now my money is not yet in my bank account. They are only quick for deposit but takes forever for withdrawal!!

No Resolution Even After Formal Complaint and Final Notice
I had a very disappointing experience with StarTrader. After trading on their platform, I made around $6300 in profit and requested a withdrawal. Shortly after that, my account was suddenly placed under investigation. One withdrawal of $1800 was processed, but the rest of my funds are still being held.
I have contacted their support multiple times and provided all the information they asked for, but I keep receiving the same generic reply saying that the team is investigating the matter. I understand that checks may be required, but at least they should communicate properly and provide a clear timeframe for the investigation.
I also sent them a Final Notice and submitted a formal complaint with all supporting evidence, but I am still not getting a proper response.
Overall, this experience has been very frustrating. I hope they resolve this issue soon and process the remaining withdrawal.
