They make me believe that what they deposited I lost it so on my account history I see no trace of this amount. I wrote to support to no avail. I always get told the same thing. flee the broker.

I have been trading on account 24692563 since February 25th. I had a normal relationship with STARTRADER for over a month. However, as soon as I made a profit and requested a withdrawal, they blocked my account and sent a generic email accusing me of 'suspicious activity' without any proof. They are holding my $550. Do not trust them if you plan to actually withdraw your profits!
UPDATE: Your response here is nothing but a PR smokescreen. In reality, you have blocked all my attempts to communicate, even going as far as restricting my access to your compliance email address.
On March 31st, you manually wiped $425.24 from my account using a 'Cash Adjustment-PNL' entry, effectively stealing my legitimate profits the moment I requested a withdrawal. You claim 'suspicious activity' under section 1.4.b.v, yet you refuse to provide a single server log or shred of evidence.
Accusing a retail trader using 0.01 - 0.02 lot sizes of 'market manipulation' or 'arbitrage' is technically absurd and shows your true intent: avoiding payouts.
I have already escalated this case to the Financial Commission. I will continue to update this review and share my MT5 trade history across all major forex forums (Forex Peace Army, Reddit) until my funds are restored.
Trader Warning: Do not trust this broker with your capital. They welcome your deposits but will invent 'violations' to seize your profits as soon as you stay in the green.
