It has already been 7 days and I still have not received my withdrawal. I would like to know whether withdrawals are actually being processed or if accounts are just being restricted without any proper reason. This situation is very disappointing and unfair.
Please process my withdrawal as soon as possible. I have also tried contacting support through email and chat, but I have not received any response. Your support system is not helping at all, and this experience is becoming very frustrating.
Kindly resolve this issue immediately.

I deposited $100 with STARTRADER and was automatically given a bonus I never agreed to or opted into. This is important because they later used that bonus as the reason to cancel my profits.

I traded normally (XAUUSD positions with real market exposure), made around $224 profit, and did not use arbitrage, hedging abuse, or any prohibited strategy. My trades were straightforward and exposed to risk like any normal trading activity.

When I tried to withdraw, they suddenly flagged my account for “suspicious/high-risk trading” without providing any specific evidence. Shortly after, they removed ALL my profits through a “cash adjustment” and only allowed me to withdraw my original deposit.

To this moment, they have not provided:

Any specific trades that violated rules

Any clear explanation of what I supposedly did wrong

This looks like a classic case of using vague “bonus terms” and “company discretion” to avoid paying out profits.

Just look at the reviews, they always say the same “violation terms and conditions”, “suspicious trading” its just a way for them to not pay out profits.

Be careful: bonuses will be applied automatically and later used against you. If you make profit, don’t assume you’ll be able to withdraw it.

I am a trader and an influencer as well. In the last 2 months, I have deposited $8,000 into one account and $7,000 from another account. I trade properly with full analysis, and right now I am still in an overall loss of $1,800. Last night I had a $100 loss, and in the morning I recovered some of it. After that, when I requested a profit withdrawal, my withdrawal was rejected even though I trade properly with TP and SL.

This is very unprofessional behavior. A client is working honestly with your platform, and you people keep creating issues. Sometimes my clients face “system busy” problems, and sometimes withdrawals get rejected. This is not how a professional business operates. Kindly release my withdrawal today without any further delays.

I deposited $150 into my Star Trader account (Account No. 28138706) and successfully made a profit of $161.08. My total balance is now $311.08. However, when I tried to withdraw my funds, my withdrawal was blocked and my account was suddenly restricted without any clear explanation.

I am unable to access or withdraw my own money after making profits, which is extremely disappointing and concerning. I request Star Trader to urgently resolve this issue and allow me to withdraw my funds.

Once this issue is resolved and my withdrawal is processed, I will update my review accordingly.

Worst broker i’ve ever used. Don’t use this one!

Long-standing client and Introducing Broker. Funded my account with UK credit cards, which have since been fully reconciled (principal balance zero, confirmed by their own support team in writing).
The remaining balance of £732 comprises IB rebate commission and trading profits — both earned income.
The client portal offers nineteen cryptocurrency withdrawal routes and nothing else. No card, no e-wallet, no bank transfer. On 11 May, StarTrader support confirmed in writing that "any profits or additional funds can be withdrawn using an alternative method, such as cryptocurrency, e-wallets or international bank transfer." On 12 May, after I raised a formal complaint, this position was reversed — I was told international bank transfers are "not supported in your region," with no region named and no jurisdictional basis cited.
The deposit page itself contains no disclosure that profits may be restricted to cryptocurrency only, or that bank transfers may be unavailable to clients in certain countries. This information is only provided after funds have been deposited, traded, and earned.
My formal complaint of 12 May has been ignored. Requests for the complaints procedure and the regulator's contact details have so far gone unanswered.
For any IB or trader considering depositing fiat through credit card or bank, be aware that the methods by which your money can be returned to you may differ materially from what the deposit page suggests is available.

I`ll start of recommending Ahmad Razavi, wich I have had various businesses with for the past 3 years now. Some good, some great and only one not so good(Just to clarify; this is risky business:). Ahmad Razavi gives prompte feedback, answers and step by step solutions on every questions. I can warmly recommend him as your advisor.
I have among others copytraded OV6 for some months and must say I´m impressed, I have nearly doubled my investment the last month.
Also deposit and withdraw is nothing to worry about.

I was skeptical at first about using Startrader , a few poor reviews almost put me off . However I took the plunge and went for it , specifically the copytrade side of startrader . My first deposit was matched by them which makes a huge difference when copytrading . I copy OV6 MRK and have done successfully for around 6 weeks now more than doubling my initial investment. I've had no problems withdrawing my profits which I have done many times, its always in my account the next day. I would highly recommend the copytrade as long as you do your research on the strategy provider it works ! Ahmad Razavi my account manager has been very helpful too. Offering advice and answering my questions promptly. Overall a very good experience so far and ive already recommended to my friends.

So this cheap cheat broker flagged my account because i was making profits, now they deny any withdrawal and any explanation,DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS BROKER, they are cheats and would not allow you to withdraw once you generate a profit

Trust is a big topic on the platform. Many positive reviews point to STARTRADER’s regulatory status (regulated by authorities like ASIC, FSA, and FSCA) as a primary reason they feel comfortable depositing funds, citing it as a "reliable and transparent" environment.

Users frequently highlight the tight spreads, particularly on major currency pairs. The ECN accounts are praised for providing professional-grade pricing that significantly lowers the cost of entry for active traders.

My experience with STARTRADER (Account 27904699) has been extremely concerning and raises serious doubts about how this broker treats profitable clients.
After depositing 490 EUR, I generated €3,553 in profits through consistent manual trading. However, the moment I submitted a withdrawal request (April 30, 2026), my entire profit was suddenly cancelled.
The timing is not just suspicious — it is unacceptable.
The only explanation I received was a generic reference to Clause 1.4.b.v (“Suspicious Trading”), without any actual proof, no trade IDs, no detailed analysis. I have requested multiple times a clear explanation, but the company has failed to provide any transparency.
I can fully document and prove everything stated above, including my complete trading history and reports, while the company has not provided any clear or verifiable evidence to support its claims.
Additionally, I have come across multiple reviews on Trustpilot from other users describing very similar experiences. In particular, cases where, once a client becomes profitable, the broker removes deposit bonuses and cancels profits through “adjustment PnL” operations, without providing clear and detailed justification.
My trading activity was fully manual:
* No bots, no high-frequency trading
* Over 80% of trades held longer than 5 minutes
* No margin violations or abnormal risk
Despite this, my profits were removed without proper justification.
Communication has also been extremely disappointing. My account manager, Greta Sportelli, who was very responsive during the deposit phase, completely stopped replying once the withdrawal issue started. This behavior is highly unprofessional.
At this point, this does not look like a simple misunderstanding, but a serious issue regarding profit withdrawals and overall transparency.
I have already escalated this case to the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA) and I am prepared to pursue further action if necessary.
I strongly advise anyone considering this broker to be extremely cautious, especially when it comes to withdrawals and bonus-related conditions.
I remain open to reconsidering my position and updating this review, but only if this matter is resolved properly, with the restoration of my legitimate profits. I repeat that I am able to fully demonstrate the legitimacy of my trading activity.
Until then, the lack of clarity and transparency from the company remains a serious concern.

I report an unauthorized deduction from my account 27904168 labeled “Cash Back Adjustment DEBT W/O 415.” Proof is attached in mail. 200usd was my initial deposit and 215 was my profit. I will not recommend this broker to anyone because once you start making profits they restrict your account and remove balance instantly. If this broker refunds me my 415 usd I’ll update my review. I request urgent resolution of this issue.

I have reached out to startrader more than 15 times in the past 72 hours, I received no update or response to my queries except the automated message the fact that they will provide me with a “prompt update soon,” and its been 3 days since, very disappointing experience, my money is being held by them to be exact £1500, I’m not able to place any trades and I’m not able to make any withdrawals, I have wasted several hours trying to get in touch with them, nothing has happened, If you are facing the same issue I’d recommend reaching out to their CEO Peter Karsten, an amazing person but unfortunately people working in his company either are very short staffed or just simply ignoring people.
