Star Trader Scammer Broker Don't use it
I am very disappointed with Star Trader’s customer service and handling of my case.
I raised a complaint on 12 January regarding a withdrawal cancellation and refund of my credited funds, but till today my issue has not been listed or properly addressed. I have sent multiple emails and followed up many times, but the company continues to ignore my messages and does not respond.
I also contacted Star Trader headquarters in Dubai, hoping for a resolution, but even then my case was not handled in a proper or professional way. There has been no clear update, no timeline, and no accountability.
This lack of communication and failure to resolve a legitimate withdrawal issue is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. As a client, I expected transparency and support, but instead I am facing complete silence.
I do not recommend Star Trader to anyone until they improve their customer support and take client complaints seriously.

I am very disappointed with Star Trader’s customer service and handling of my case.
