This broker Startrader are thieves or what?
Are there any regulators that check their stealing work?
Or they just steal on their own without anybody preventing them?
I made a deposit, opened just a single trade of XAUUSD 0.01 and didn't find the comfortability to work there because I also didn't found some instruments that I work there, so I wanted to get my withdrawal back and now they refuse me my money.
This is truly a madness
Edit: Finally they made it available to my account withdrawal function, let's see if they will send me my withdrawal after I was able to request it..

⚠️ Serious Warning: STARTRADER Cancels Profits When You Win
My experience with STARTRADER raises serious red flags about their business practices.
After trading successfully and generating legitimate profits, my account was abruptly suspended and all profits were voided. The justification? A generic email accusing me of “arbitrage and scalping” — with zero supporting evidence.
No trade IDs.
No execution reports.
No latency data.
No detailed explanation.
They allowed me to trade freely while I was depositing and risking my own funds. However, the moment I accumulated profits and attempted to withdraw, my trading activity was suddenly labeled as “suspicious.”
This pattern strongly suggests that profitability — not misconduct — triggered their action.
They rely on Section 1.4.b.v of their Client Agreement to unilaterally cancel profits, acting as both counterparty and final decision-maker. That is a clear conflict of interest, especially for a Market Maker broker.
A transparent broker provides evidence. A fair broker provides due process. In my case, I received neither.
Traders should think very carefully before trusting a broker that appears to penalize successful clients.
