Veronica did a great job. She didn't get upset with me. She realized I was struggling. She had me switch to a computer which made things go smoother because my phone wasn't working with the program. S... See more

I had a great experience with StateFoodSafety. Nancy was very helpful and guide me to the process.
I request a copy of my invoice, and she send it right away. Company needs more employee like her for sure.
This has all marks of a fraudulent company.
They are not accepted in Oregon, but have somehow managed to connect from the Oregon state site to their site. They refused to give me a refund because “I had finished the course,” despite the fact that the full course would not come up on the computer. The first customer service person I talked to refused to tell me if she was outside the USA and disconnected from me.
My unprofessional analysis - these are scammers!
Update: I found out they are now accepted in Oregon. Clackamas County had just not updated their site. However, they should not be accepted. This is a terrible company with a second-rate product.
very poor customer service.
i porches multipool vouchers very hard to used it theyl do everything to make it hard for you and your employes not to use the Vaucher and then they till you the vouchers are expired. run away from this company
I work at a restaurant and I have to get BASSET certified every few years. Don't waste your time and money! I only got my temporary certificate, upon checking with the Illinois liquor board, I wasn't even in their system. I tried contacting statefoodsafety.com via email for assistance, no response. I tried live chat and the guy was rude and just said sorry, not our problem! If you provide a service which people rely on, it should be handled better! I am beyond frustrated, and I had to retake the 4 hour course with another company. I wasted more time and money and the company handled this very poorly. If you need to get BASSET certified, I recommend you keep looking for a better company!
it was so easy to get my food handlers license here, took me 45 minutes and i learned everything i needed to know and got my certificate instantly, i would highly recommend
Nancy was great, I didn’t have a very good phone experience the first time i called, however the next day i called i got a lady name Nancy who went that extra mile helping me get scheduled for my exam, thank you so much
I dealt with Eric M. today regarding my State Food Safety Manager test which I was scheduled to take via PSI. March 4,6 & 11th of March. Each time I attempted I was "bumped off". Eric M. was show empathy and understood how I need this certification to do my job. He took my info, emailed me confirmation of our conversation and even gave me a number incase someone wanted to contact him if need be. He'll get back to me with results soon. Eric M. showed Great Customer Service in an age where it hardly exists.
Thx U Eric M.
They need to fire the proctor immediately. He goes out of his/ her way to make you angry before and during the test. When there 8s no sound being made the proctor asked why was I moving my lips. Clearly they couldn't hear me saying anything because I wasn't. I finished the test with much time to spare and passed. I would have done much better without all the intentional interruptions. I will not be renewing my certifications with you and hope that whomever should find this review will be well advised of these ill willed activities and won't patronize you from the start. Shame on you. I passed anyway though. They are now being reported to the BBB for not adding the BASSET certification information to the database it's suppose to go in If you haven't filed your complaint please do so today.
Procter was an jerk. Timed me out for noise of a work truck going by outside. Said talking but very clear it was this truck. Will be telling plenty of Chefs to avoid the website and will be calling the health dept to not use them.
This is the most bizarre online experience ever. They advertise same day testing. I signed up and the earliest available date and time was three days away. Then the proctor (never showed face or talked-just texted) claimed they (don't know if male or female) could not verify my driver's license. Wanted copies of mail. I gave them a utility bill and credit card statement. They still would not let me take my food manager test. I had to go with another company and took and passed the test within two hours. I'm not sure what they folks are trying to do--but it's not good.
I needed a Food Handler certificate for my county and got it off of this website in just a few days. I could've gotten it in just a matter of a couple hours had I really wanted to, but honestly, it was an incredible tedious process to begin with. That being said, I got the job I needed the certificate for, so it was a great experience!
I've had several employees take food manager safety exams over the space of a year. About half of them have experienced technical problems with the proctored exam. THEY ARE VERY POOR AT RESPONDING TO PROBLEMS and very defensive about their poorly performing test portal. This is a chronic problem with STATEFOODSAFETY.COM. LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR A RELIABLE CERTIFICATION VENDOR FOR YOUR BUSINESS.
Very invasive. During online proctored test. The proctor never appears.... just write and demand me get up, put the camera down, turn around, show your body, move, I felt like I was being abused and I couldn't even take the test, it lasted 30 minutes! Complete disrespect. All this to have a ridiculous paperwork.
