Great service and very competitive prices.

The bike arrived with some issues. The pedal screws were very tight and a lot of parts were not aligned properly. Also some minor parts were missing. After a message to Stratera, they allowed me to fix those issues at a local bike shop and send them the receipt.
Excellent after sales, and great price for the bike too.

This is a really good bike sturdy and gives a nice drivers experience. and also is the bike really good looking.

I bought a bike for my son. The deal was good and he is very happy with it. only disadvantage was that unfortunately the delivery charges were EUR 79. I'm quite sure there is a better alternative for a lower price to get a bike to the Netherlands.

Statera.de is not as good a bike shop as you might think after the first reviews. After careful selection, I decided to trust this store, but there was a big mistake. The bike arrived very poorly packaged and components such as the battery and original accessories fell out of it. Fittings such as derailleur, cranks, brakes were different and cheaper line. Which made my bike a 1000 euro cheaper model. I found their funny compensation of 50 euros, and they say the importer doesn't have enough exact components.
I don't want to return the bike because it is already done with Invisiframe (150eur) and the postage to the Czech Republic wasn't cheap at all. We have an e-shop with 80.000 pc. of tires where we have a photo and an description of the product for each item. I don't know why Statera.de can't have a real photo and description for something as expensive as a bike for 5000 euros.

Fast delivery, and so far very happy with my liqbike. It exceeded my expectation. It has not been in use long but if it continues the price is very, very good for what you get.
