Broken bike and no real help so far

A bit about my experience with them.
1. Ordered 22/10, 25/10 got broken bike delivered.
2. Reported issue on the same day with a short description, and asked for the change or to get it back.
3. Offered to go to a local dealer (seems, that I'm not the only one).
4. Get it to one dealer, then another, nobody could help.
5. Send them a message, was offered to get it back so they could fix it.
6. So now prepared the bike to send it back and waiting for their response.
7. Problem solved!
