Got product I was looking for cheaper than Amazon

State trailer was very helpful

Product was in a flimsy box and your rep called and said they would have to put in a better box to ship it and would have to charge me a $27.00 extra box fee. I cancelled my order. Shipping was already over $40 dollars.

Had a problem with my credit card and they tried to correct and could not but they called and checked in and all contacts especially Barbara were very nice. I called my credit card company and waited 2 hours to get it corrected as all there card holders were having the same problem.

I had a little problem placing my order. I called the office and they promptly helped me make sure my ordered was complete. Very helpful.

My order got messed up but Patricia called me back three times, emailed 4 times, and ultimately got me refund. This one didn't workout but, WOW, what dedicated customer service. I'll be back!!

The product was as described. The issue was with the shipping. The eight plastic puck lights weighed less than three pounds and cost approximately 42 dollars. Shipping less than three pounds was 43 dollars. You have to be experiencing horrible times thinking that shipping is worth doubling the price of the product. I should have purchased from another company with next day shipping and saved thirty dollars. Shame on me, lesson learned! Thank you for spanking me till I blead

Patricia sent me an email that they refunded me my money and couldn't process my order because there count was off! Didn't offer to re-order or anything.

They had the part that I couldn't find anywhere else. But they sent me two that were stuck together so tightly that I could not separate them. But they sent me two more parts that were not stuck together, at no extra charge. Overall they provided good customer service. I will use them again.

I had searched extensively for a refrigerator door lactch for our older RV, mostly finding the item discontinued, out of stock, etc.. So I was happy to find that you folks had a couple. One drawback was the shipping cost. The item weighed .2 of a pound, the shipping rate was $30 +, and I could tell it went UPS ground, so that’s quite a mark-up.

Fast shipping and a great product. The blower motor works great! Be happy to do business again!
