Not worth the price
Not worth the price. I do agree that it's made of good material that looks like real acrylic.
However, my thumb nail popped off after not even 24 hours of use. AND it left residual glue on my nail!
Not only that, but the sizes the nails come in are laughable. My nails are wide, and most of their nails are all pretty skinny. I had to file down their thumb nails to use as my ring finger.
I asked about getting a refund or return. They said I have to make my own shipping label, and pay a fee. They even suggested that I just sell my nails to friends or family. What??
Overall, not worth the hype and expense!

Don’t even bother.
I actually love the pop on nails by Static Nails. I wish I would’ve come here first to read the scathing reviews about their poor customer service, as I’ve become their next victim.
The nails are great - my first set lasted two weeks+ and help up perfectly. No complaints! They look so natural. Love!
I subsequently ordered six more sets. One arrived with a defect on the nail surface - there was plastic clumped onto it.
The Take What I Want nails have numbers printed near the top of each nail, so there is no way I can wear those! It’s a manufacturing defect or otherwise bad design. So I reached out to their customer service, and that’s where I found Static failed miserably.
They offered a $5 gift card for a future order for the nails with clumped plastic. They even acknowledged “that shouldn’t happen.” Why not offer a full replacement or refund? But it gets worse. For the Take What I Want nails, which are completely impossible to wear (who even wears them with actual numerals printed on each nail?! Crazy!), they suggest I paint them. Paint? I told them I bought these nails because they are to be quick and I didn’t want to paint them. Plus, the photo online is deceiving as they don’t show the numbers, and there is not a mention of that in the description. Not even a comment about that! I find that strange.
I’ve emailed them about three more times after our original conversation and now they ignore me. I’ve never been rude or an otherwise bad customer to them. I don’t suggest buying from them because of there’s a problem, you’ll be the one suffering as they won’t try to help. I’m just blown away with their poor “customer service.” I’ve never dealt with a company like this before. And those follow-up replies they provide here? Worthless. My simple problem should’ve already been resolved, but I had to bring it here. Ridiculous.
Also, Static deleted my review where I explained that numbers are printed! Wow! Unbelievable. Or is it??
If you’re debating on whether to buy from Static Nails, you have all the answers you need.

Eh, not any better than regular polish.
They say it lasts up to three weeks. Not even close! Maybe if you don’t use your hands for anything and keep them out of water - you might get a week out of it. Even if I do 3 coats I’m lucky to get 3 DAYS out of it before it needs to come off. It doesn’t really chip - it splits, lifts, snags your clothes, and tears your nail with it. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a very nice polish and drys really fast with the top coat. It comes off with regular nail polish remover very easily. I just have to plan to change it by the 3rd day or it starts looking terrible. I ordered the sweater weather palette. Nice variety of colors but the bottle of top coat won’t last nearly long enough with the colors.

Horrible quality nails and not…
Horrible quality nails and not Reusable! I followed all the directions and applied nails. After 3 days the ends of the nails had a huge crack in them. When I contacted customer service they said that I chose the wrong nail (their acrylics like nails do not crack) so why even sell the other ones since you KNOW they crack?! Then they gave me a gift card to use to repurchase and recommended I try their nail polish - if I was interested in nail polish I would of purchased the nail polish in the first place. When I went to remove the REUSABLE nails - they completely cracked more and also left indentations on my nail beds that are still growing out.
Since I had a "credit" that I had to use, I picked out some other nails and went to check out. They had the nerve to still try and charge me for shipping! When I contacted customer service about the shipping she was so rude and said "we already made an exception and gave you a gift card for future purchases and we do not offer free shipping unless yoy spend $65". I told her that she was making it seem as though it was my fault for their defective product. Don't ever purchase from this company - it's terrible!!!!!
Really not reusable without coating them with nailpolish
I ordered the mademoiselle square reusable nails. Easy to use and look great for a while (8 days atm) but really not reusable. Already the design (the nail has a design on top, but it's not through and through that colour) has chips and scratches in the middle of the nail.
Furthermore, as I found them quite long, I shortened them. Like they said easy like cutting through butter.
They advice after shortening to put on clear nailpolish 'to make the design last longer'. I thought that would mean if you didn't you'd only be able to reuse the nails a few times. However, already within the first week of wearing them the design at the edges is frayed and chipping. So if you shorten them, you MUST use clear nailpolish to protect the design if you want to reuse (and perhaps that would also prevent the chips and scratches at other parts of the nails). But I bought these so I wouldn't have to use nailpolish, now I have to do both..
Update: Got a gift card for new nails after my complaint, but it didn’t include shipping. When I commented that i didn’t hear anything anymore. They said the nails with design on them (like the mademoiselle) were more fragile so less long lasting, and that packaging suggests filing at the base instead of the end. Too bad that suggestion isn’t on the website anywhere. When I removed the static nails I saw they had made indentations on my nails (ridges), which I now have to grow out, and a bruise under one nail.
The nail polish isn’t any better, 4 layers as advised, chips within days like any other nail polish.
Customer service is terrible
Customer service was unhelpful and condescending. Site was glitching. They lost what would be a first time customer.
I entered my email to receive a 10% off promocode which I never received. Afterwards the pop up window with the offer never reappeared; there was no option to re-enter my email.
Customer service told me 'please know the discount will always get sent to the email provided.' umm I just told you it didn't? Why are you dismissing my technical issue instead of helping? The only assistance that was offered was to check my other junk mail which of course I checked.
Great customer service
UPS had lost my nails in the mail, and Static Nails sent me some for free and refunded me. They have excellent customer service and I was impressed with how quickly they responded to me and helped me. Their pop on nails are also excellent quality and help me grow out my bitten nails.
Static Nails Remover Melted and Ruined my Static Nails Pop-On Nails
If I could give a Zero star review, I would do so. I purchased Static Nails Polish & Pop-On Remover along with a set of their Pop-on Nails. When it came time to remove the nails (which were regular, not special effect nails) I followed the instructions provided, however the remover not only took the glue off, but has also dissolved the nail from the underside, rendering a nail claimed to be reusable as completely unusable. What I thought was glue residue that I gently pushed off with an orange stick was in fact the nail material that got soft and melted with the remover. BEWARE of this product - even a couple of minutes (Static instructions says no more than 5 minutes) on your pop-on nail will ruin the appearance.
I contacted Static Nails customer service and explained what happened and sent photos. Over several weeks dialog with a customer service representative, in which I re-confirmed the process I used was in line with the instructions provided, I was eventually given a gift card to replace the nails. This gift card however did not include shipping. I brought this to the attention of customer service and was told that if I wanted to avoid shipping I would need to place an order over $65. I have asked why they could not just ship out replacement nails and forget about the gift card as I shouldn't have to pay shipping (or spend more money to get free shipping) to replace a product that was ruined by another one of their products. The customer service (or should I say "non-service" as it take weeks to get a response) representative continues to blame me, saying I left the remover on too long (it was well under the maximum 5 minutes stated in the instructions that they keep emailing me) and they were being 'generous" giving me a gift card. The thing is....I loved the nails, and what was once a five star rating on the Static Pop-on Nails, dropped to a three star rating by the remover product (but could have been resurrected by a positive customer service experience), has instead, now become the lowest possible rating I am allowed to give. Had they just added a few dollars to the gift card to cover the shipping, or better yet, just replaced the nails without issuing a gift card, all of this could have been avoided. As a result, I will share the negative experience I have had with Static Nails in every way I can, so other know that this company does not stand behind their products. Static Nails had an opportunity to resolve this, however their short-sighted attitude may cost them far more in future customers and sales, than the few dollars it would have cost to cover the shipping!
Can I leave 0 stars
Can I leave 0 stars? I ordered 2 weeks ago and still do not have my products. No one at the company cares. They have the absolute worst customer service ever. I spent over $50 on 3 stupid bottles of nail polish that I will never recieve and no one at the company cares. Let that sink in before you order. The positive reviews are fake. This "business" is a scam. Stay away.
Lacquers Chip After One Day
Static Nails heavily deletes all comments on Facebook. They make you believe that the laquer can last for 10 days.
This product chips after one day. And by day 5 I have so many lines and cracks in my nails, it's embarrassing.
I really wanted to make this work. I bought the set and used all their directions with the primer and top coat. My schedule was going to be paint my nails every Saturday. I only bought this because of their 10 day advertising.
I did this for four times for four weeks. I used four different colors and it's all the same. My nails don't even last til Wednesday. I keep them on a week, but it's atrocious with whole nails missing by then (it's a NAIL POLISH, not even a fake nail and it just falls off).
I've had way better results from drug store nail polish. I've never had a nail polish fully self destruct so quickly.
Look up reviews on youtube. You'll see the 10 day thing is a lie and all comments on their website and Facebook are deleted if not positive.
Company is sus
This company is a joke and is very condescending to they’re customers, you can see by the way the respond on this platform, don’t even bother going through customer service if they made a mistake on delivering your items, just file a claim with your bank
I was so excited about these nails…
I was so excited about these nails because I hate sitting at the nail salon getting my nails done! They do last a little longer than a week, which is great. They are definitely not reusable but the worst part is they caused weird dents in my nail beds and mold!
AVOID Static Nails at all costs
I hate to write off a company whose products I do enjoy and like using, but Static Nails is at the very least a scam and a negligent business. They screwed up the address on my order so it was shipped to the completely wrong address and they then refused to give me any useful help or information. I was extremely frustrated and had just thrown away $30. A few weeks later customer service emails me telling me that my package had been returned (shocker!) and that they would need my correct address to send it back to me free of charge. I respond to the email, give them my correct address yet again, and that's that. I'm sitting here foolishly thinking they solved the issue and fixed their mistake. When I check the shipping info for this replacement order however, they have now made the exact same mistake twice and used the same WRONG address from the first initial order. I was in total disbelief that they could do this not only once, but twice. I contacted their customer support, they told me it must have been my fault and they can't take responsibility for that, said I was no longer eligible for a replacement order now since they'd sent one already, and instead offered me a measly store credit for the amount of my order. Since then I have been trying to get someone in customer service to respond to my emails and just give me some answers. They're dodging my emails so I have no choice but to put them on blast anywhere people can see it to try and warn other consumers out there to not bother with this place. It's not worth the hassle and they do not care at all for their customers. Something is definitely up with this place.
Edit: I’m completely ignoring their “response” to my review as it’s inaccurate and not helpful in anyway. Since writing this review, I have been sent two emails from customer service both blaming me for the entire situation and they even go so far as to accuse me of conning them out of a replacement order. The most recent email I received from them, they’ve attached screenshots as “evidence” with my address trying to make me somehow believe that them using the wrong address was my fault and that this whole situation was ultimately my mistake. I’m shocked that this is the direction they’ve decided to take and they’ve seriously offended me by trying to blame it all on me, showing me they care very little for their customers and are literally unable to own up to mistakes they’ve made. This company is the absolute worst PLEASE do not get involved with them, I’ve since found wonderful press on nails on Etsy, and other websites. Give those a try I beg you. This place is not worth any of the stress and treatment I have received.

Do not support/purchase- you've been warned
Hear me out- I'm sure a ton of people say this but I really don't leave "reviews" let alone on BBB-Trustpilot or anywhere else. Most people you'll find only leave a comment if they had a negative experience but I rather mention positive experiences because I want good exposure for certain businesses. Alex Irene Companies/Static Nails is not one of them. The designs are decent, I'll give them that, but other wise you're better off with press-ons you can find anywhere else for the quarter of the price. The quality is sub-par and the touched up images on their websites make it much more nicer than they really are. Point is, they're not worth that price range- perhaps if they were below 10 dollars, if even. They're also not as reusable as they advertise- once there's glue on the back of the nail, the surface is no longer smooth so the application on your nail won't hold it the way it's supposed to. Nail damage can also still be expected- there is no proprietary special glue formula here.
The worst part is that their customer service reps are atrocious. They'll send you generic copy-pasted answers and hide behind their terrible policies by getting you to spend more money. In fact at a certain point, they'll just stop responding you- they could hardly care once you've spent your money. There is no sense of professionalism-can't expect much from a trendy over-shared social media, influencer-type product. Junk- Kinda strange that you'll barely find negative reviews unless you search. Their own website pretty much pushes them all down and you can't filter them to see it, so all you see are flashing 5 star reviews.
All I can do is post this as a word of caution and spread the word to people I know that their products are not worth a damn penny. DO NOT SUPPORT THEM.

Terrible customer service
I've been using them since January of this year and honestly? I LOVE their nails, but their customer service is just awful.
I've been waiting over a month for an order which the shipping company's website says is lost, and Static mostly ignore my emails and then just say oh I need to wait! WTH? I want more nails sent now or my money back, not to be fobbed off once every week (they definitely don't reply in 24 hours - to me at least) when my order is lost. They haven't even sent a replacement order to me which is shocking - I'm just left in limbo, despite being a loyal customer who has ordered regularly and they have my money which I paid in good faith!
Such a shame they don't care about my business, as I made a point of telling all my friends how great they were, but the feeling clearly isn't mutual.
EDIT: their reply completely ignores the fact that I've been begging their support desk (multiple times) to escalate this so it can be resolved for over a month now. I just get told that the 'warehouse is too busy'.

Not trustworthy
Static Nails posts reviews to their website, but only the 5 star reviews. Critical reviews are not posted, even 3 star fair reviews, and some of their products absolutely do not work as promised. They are not trustworthy for this reason.

Poor Quality and Slow Shipping
I have been hooked on Chill Tips and thought I would try Static nails. First red flag: Took forever to ship. Received them almost 2 weeks after I ordered.
Took them out of the package ( I ordered 2 sets). They are flimsy and only 1 size. Too wide for my slim fingers. Chill tips ( a great press on brand) have like 3 different sizes in a box and are easy to file like natural nails to get the shape you want. They also last a long time.
I didn't even try to use the Static nails! I could see the material was cheap and could see them easily breaking. Straight in the bin they went! Waste of $36. DO NOT BUY.

24 hrs of wear time and 3 broken nails
24 hrs of wear time and 3 broken nails! Cracked, bent, and broke. I have been wearing the Kiss brand for years, they NEVER break in half. Static glue on the other had seemed to be stronger than what I get at the local store. I did already email support. I am very disappointed in the poor quality of this product
Best Nails Ever
About a year ago I asked my friend who did her nails - they looked great. She responded that they were pop-ons by Static Nails. A few weeks later I ordered a few sets and tried them out- from day 1 - I realized how easy the application process is- and I follow all their directions. I ended up with gorgeous nails that got many compliments from complete strangers. Flash forward October 2021- I am a faithful Static Nails customer- Currently I change sets about every 14 days- and I could wear them longer but I get bored easily and like change. I own over 30 boxes- some I love that I have versatility in length and so many choices of fabulous colors. I still get tons of compliments and having them boosts my confidence. My daughter is also now a faithful customer. These are the most natural feeling artificial nails I have ever worn- I am hard on my hands and nails. And really never had any problems. All of the bad reviews made me pause. Don’t believe everything one bad apple has to say - cause that’s what spoils the bunch. Thanks Static Nails for a great great product!
Unfortunately Did Not Last
I purchased 2 polishes to try, Elle & Little Beach House and both chipped after 1 day. I used a base coat & finish with a gel like top coat and the polish did not last long without chipping. My Sally Hansen & Opi polishes work better for less than half the cost. Was hoping these would work but don't waste your money.
