Giving free things when it’s your first time buying form pal.

i never received my package and i tried to get a refund for my package but no response at all. bad service. been waiting forever for it. it’s been a month. february 5th i placed mt order.

I adore everything I got in the box.

I ordered Sanrio mildliners. They were fake with stickers stuck on them. Not the original ones like I had purchased a couple of years ago. I emailed them asking for a refund but they didnt get back to me. Very bad experience. Won’t be ordering from them again.

Never got my package and Sationery Pal's cutomer service never replied my e-mails.
This was my third time ordering so I was confident everything would be fine but I was very disapponted.
It will be my last order.

They Ignore you and never Email you Back, I got a Faulty Dead Pen, and still nothing. It's a Fake Shop with Aliexpress and Temu trash.
Never again.. I regret it.

I am so happy with my order, the stuff I got was exactly as pictured, the highlighters are the prettiest pink shade ever! I didn't order a lot, but they sent me a few extra gifts (a cute little bear, two pens, and a detachable ice cream eraser), which I will definitely be using. The package came in less than two weeks, and overall I recommend this lovely shop to anyone who loves stationery. Thank you!! :)

During Black Friday I ordered a few items, and the package never got delivered, it was returned to sender, for some reason. I tried to contact Stationery Pal multiple times (3 emails, facebook and Instagram messages) but never got any response and no refund, either. I am seriously considering never ordering from them again!

Delivered really quickly, packed nicely! They gave me so many freebies, everything was perfect will be ordering again!

I like how cheap the things are and how U have discounts it really helped or I would've been paying up to 30 euro on just about 5 items which my mom wouldn't allow and I would've been upset I also like how Ur an international shop I only had problems using the physical card but the problem was solved I just really love the variety of items U have aswell.

Wonderful to get my package from Stationery Pal! It came quickly (1 week overseas!) was in a sturdy, well-packed box and when I opened it up, it was like a celebration inside. There was raffia, multi-colored confetti, and several very cute free gifts in addition to my order. I also received a nice thank you note.
