No One Bothered to Help Me
I received my box with opened pens and emailed them. I got one reply asking for pictures (I tried to cap the highlighter to see if the ink wasn’t actually dried out) so I sent a picture of the highlighter but I never got another response. The other pen that was uncapped still worked so I didn’t even bother with that one. No one bothered to continue to try to help me. I even sent a follow up email a few days later. The pens and highlighters that work are great but I won’t be ordering from here again because the customer service is terrible.

Good prices, broad assortment

Disappointed
I didn’t get the additional pens I ordered and paid for and there were many duplicates in the box I got. Super disappointed as the first box I got was great! I reached out to customer service and never got a response. Very disappointed!
