The shipping took a month and was delivered to my house at 1245am. I was awoken by the delivery thank heavens because by morning it probably would have been stolen or blown away as it was barely on my porch.

Easy to purchase

I always love ordering from Stationary Pal. The items are well priced and get shipped very quickly. When the parcel arrives, it is always in the cutest packaging with adorable little free gifts. Only problem is as soon as my parcel arrives, I ALWAYS end up placing another order immediately because I love it all so much! Thank you Stationary Pal team!!

I made an order, and on the same day requested the order be canceled due to an incorrect item. I contacted the company 3 times, with no response. The order ended up being sent, and their customer service NEVER responded to me (I used the support address on their website). Now I have to return the items.

For the mystery set bag, I found most of the products a bit boring since it mostly consisted of pens and pencils, so a better variety would have been nicer to see, the water book is very adorable and I love how compact it is, still haven’t tested it out yet though, and my favorite of all was the Kawaii mystery set, I am a big fan of Sanrio so I was very excited viewing a lot of the products, there was such a nice variety, and of course you get a lot of products for such a good price (and this applies to all the products I ordered).

The delivery driver refused to hand over my package because he said my address wasn't correct, which is a lie. He returned the order to the store, and even after I contacted them, no one responded!
