App won’t pair my device won’t track my performance and won’t show me anything yall say it should

Works well and makes a lot of fun. I am looking forward to improving my speed end endurance.

I wish the app supported sprint sessions to help users become faster.

I wish I could see a plot of speed vs time to see if I was getting faster or slower as a session progressed.

Kit is good but communication is terrible. Takes days to reply, chat function non existent which meant I ordered 3 times before it was actually sent.

The experience is great i can check after every practise how i have done also my coach could make pratcise harder or lighter because of that my team feel fresh and well prapared to the game.

Easy to get and Quick

I made a mistake while pairing my tracker and it didn't work so I contacted the team and they helped me so much I was hopeless of it but they made it happen so I give a big thank you to the technical staff and I suggest everyone to buy the tracker.
When I made the mistake I was hopeless and sad because i chose this as my birthday present so I contacted the staff and they helped me fix it.
The staff is nice and really helpful.

I messaged regarding a problem I was having logging into the app. They got back to me swiftly and resolved the issue quickly. A great service.

I have been using this GPS statsport tracker for myself as a referee and one for my son since he was 9 years old to inspire him to work harder like professional athletes. The pod did not function for me for few days and I contacted professional statsports staff and they answer within 48 hours as they promised. They helped me with factory reset, which was very very easy because of the video they provided. witohout the video, it would be hard to do by just reading directions. But when you watch the video, it is very simple and my son's mom did the factory reset and it is working great now. This is a great tool for youth athletes to push them to work harder to get to the next level and to monitor their load of training and give advice to their coaches who do not have knowledge of periodisation and monitoring the training load during the week before their Sunday games.
