Great customer service! The instructions were very clear to follow and helped a lot! Had to wait for a reply on week days but it was the Xmas holiday so I guess on normal days it will be fine!

Online ordering system is a breeze to use and shipping was super quick. Arrived in Australia within 5 business days.
The product is very easy to use, only reason it is not 5 stars is the sync process can be glitchy and require a few attempts before it sync successfully.

My son practiced French pro team
My son practiced with the French pro club Toulouse FC this summer. They used Statsports for practice and game. The data retrieved was used by their couching staff to help him improve in key areas of his play. We ordered the gear for him right after he came back home. For him to be able see and follow his progress now on his own and how to improve as a soccer player, using Statsports, has been such a motivating factor. He can see that the DATA collected and compared to pro premier league players that his stats are comparable to them, the Statsports tracker pushed him. Because of his physical improvement he has become a beast on the field. Last game they man marked him and as soon as he got the ball there were 2 more players on him. He’s a recruited D1 soccer player going to a top 10 University this fall. Only regret is that we didn’t buy this piece of gear earlier.

The product is fantastic, it fits true to size and it’s comfortable to wear. The service it provides from heat maps, to calorie tracking and accelerations is awesome. The only thing “bad” thing I can say about it is the player data, if it had more than the ones available now, it would make it 10x better. It’s still great; but having more players to choose from would make it even better

We bought the stats tracker and my son…
We bought the stats tracker and my son has worn it about 6 times but 3 of those times it hasn’t worked and so no data has been uploaded!
We contacted them and they swift with customer service and checking back with us. Maybe it was user error!!!!!🤭
