Owl statue ordered for a friend's birthday. On delivery some damage was found to the plinth. Statue was replaced promptly and efficiently with no quibble.

Ordering the modern style Bird Bath was easy and simple on line. There was a long lead time due to there being none in stock and the new delivery on a container ship in the Channel, but we were kept informed and were happy to wait. there was a quality issue (manufacturing fault) that we reported. It was sorted promptly to our satisfaction. We are pleased with our purchase and have no hesitation in recommending Statues & Sculptures for both their products and customer service!
