Statuscake.com becoming too old ?

Hi, I'm using since 2 years Statuscake to monitor 500 website. The interface is very old, you can't put default filter, if you make a filter then click on a test and coming back to the test list, your filter are missing...
Statuscake was the top in 2014 but now il 2024 the project feel abandonned.
We need a better interface, a more powerful API, a clear roadmap, I sent a bug in 2023 about tag with name CLIENT or dashboard and it's still not resolved...

Consistent Service Issues, No Response from Support

I've used StatusCake for a number of years. In the beginning, the service was outstanding and easily stood up to any of their competitiors. The recent rebrand looks absolutely fantastic. But since the rebrand, my team and I have been plagued with issues wherein we are receiving notifications of downtime regularly. However, a manual review and server logs confirm that the service is functioning normally without issue. I reached out to support asking for assistance in determined why their system was returning false positives and got no response. After a week, I closed my account and moved to a competitor.
