Item arrived safely 11th March.
It was delivered to a neighbour by DX Secure, having been despatched the day after it was ordered; no further mail to original order confirmation had been received.
It is not for the writer to offer Statushomecare unsolicited advice, but surely they need to address the issue of dissatisfied customers, if 43% of reviews on Trustpilot being negative is an indication of that dissatisfaction. The writer's own frustration with purchases that are not received as bought, largely concerns time wasted and the necessity of repeating the process again to purchase the item in question; perhaps staff at Statushomecare could put themselves in the position of those many unhappy customers and consider how they would feel if they had purchased an item and the result was entirely unsatisfactory, where the purchaser is blameless, and any resolution is out of their control : they are the customer; it is their money! The manner in which retail goods are purchased has changed forever, but the identity of the seller and premises traded from are often unknown. The writer recently had three consecutive failed purchases on eBay; despite repeated requests a refund was not forthcoming on the last one; so eBay was asked to intervene when they immediately forwarded a refund, stating that the tracking number was false; the seller had originally said it was despatched on the basis of this number, then changed the reason to 'It was damaged, so I didn't send it'. The second was a specific part for a vehicle when the seller sent an entirely different part which was of course useless, but it appears they felt that they had to send something; a refund was sent; the first was another part for vehicle having a recessed electrical connector which was damaged. It is unlikely that this occurred in transit and was probably sent out in said state so that the sender could claim for 'damage in transit' :

“No one at all,” said Joseph Bowman, in the tone of a man fully agreeing with everybody.'
Indeed : caveat emptor.
Avoid in case you need to return items.
First and last time I will use this company. I had to send purchase back for refund and it took 3 emails and over a week from receiving the items back to process my refund. Pathetic in this day and age, avoid!
Sent a totally different product 😡
Ordered paint for the our fence. They sent a totally different product to what was pictured and described on the website. All the tubs are spilt in bags. Very disappointed and they’ve offered 20% refund. Absolutely fuming, it’s like ordering an iPhone and getting a Nokia brick.
Evri failed, Home are failed
Places an order on friends advice for an item.
Sent via Evri but seems it has been stolen before I got home.
Evri shunted me to Homecare
Homecare want me to report to police, get a crime reference and then sign a non delivery form to prove Ebro haven't delivered.
All this for £10.44 Inc delivery.

Had a slight worry that I wouldn’t get my order as I’d never heard of the company before, and the prices almost seemed too good to be true.

The stock isn’t the best but I was able to set an alert for when my item was back in stock and got what I needed
Excellent service
I found this company by accident whilst looking for narrow storage drawers for an en-suite bathroom with limited space. The price was astoundingly good and the drawers met my needs exactly so despite mixed reviews I thought I’d place an order. My order arrived today which was incredibly quick and in far less time than projected, the drawers are perfect and as advertised. I’m so pleased I’ve just placed a second order for another set for a different space.
Storage boxes not received.
Ordered x10 Clippy (storage) boxes.
Received no comms about delivery until I chased. Was told a problem with their supplier (so can only assume that even though they advertised there was no actual stock), received 1 (yes one!). When phoned to enquire what was happening told that rest of order would be sent out in other parts. Hopefully not one at a time!
Also emailed and was asked to provide photos of what I received as if they didn't believe me. Which I have done.
I await further updates/deliveries and will amend rating accordingly but as things stand I have paid over £17 for a box barely costing over £1.

Replacement boxes delivered 10th Feb. Overall score amended to reflect. The storage boxes are fine so score reflects the overall experience with the supplier.
GOOD PRICES AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I needed various plastic storage boxes and having looked on eBay and Amazon I did a Google search and found this company. Prices were very good I thought and delivery included. Not next day but 7-10 days which if you are in a hurry is no good. I wasn't in a hurry and ordered. Boxes arrived in 3 lots much quicker than anticipated. In spite of being well packed, the transport companies somehow managed to damage a few lids and boxes. Seller was quick in replying (next day) and offered to resend but in the end as it were 2 boxes only of 24, I just asked for a refund which was done without any hassle. Happy customer!
Was a little worried but..
Ordered goods on Saturday, didn't get an update on notification of order. Checked Trust Pilot and was very nervous based on the last few reviews. However I called them direct, spoke to a lovely person who said it had been dispatched and gave me the tracking number.. It arrived a day later, well packed and exactly what I ordered, and cheaper than anywhere else.. So actually a good experience in the end.
AVOID THIS COMPANY
Returned my order because the wrong items were sent. Was promised a refund and still haven't recieved one. I will be taking this higher and further. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

This company has a joke, they are advertising something, when you ordered you will receive different products. I have returned the product to the seller. No refund. Avoid do hassle, do not use this company, no response to any emails. Never use again

Horrible retailer I placed for some pots they arrived 3 days later with only half of the quantity I originally ordered, I proceeded to contact the company via telephone expressing my concerns, they then informed me the other half of my order had been sent out to another customer by mistake what the hell!!. I then placed another order only on the basis she would dispatch them right away, she convinced me she would dispatch them and never did kept me waiting the bank holiday weekend without dispatching my item, she lied to me to complete the sale. On top of that, i called again to find out what had happened or some kind of explanation for all the delay inconvenience. A female member answered the phone i expressed my concerns as i was already upset, she was rude, foul, racist towards she raised her tone several times during the call. She refused to accept liability for not dispatching it on the i requested it to be dispatched that particular day, the entire call was horrifying she was narcissistic and failed to take responsibility i asked if i could complain, and she refused to take down my complaint too, I'm very upset and hurt by the experience. She hangs up several times during the call without explaining her self and she didn't care one bit how she conducted her self, acting like a dam spoilt brat on the phone!
She thought it was fair to leave me hanging bank holiday weekend, so she could party instead of fulfilling my order and dispatching it in time like i had asked!
I'm never ever buying from these guys again and suggest you don't either, they are cheaper than the high-street but is it really worth going through this level of experience for 20-30% cheaper price? Be treated inhumanly? Do you really value your self that low?.

After i rang up we spent the last 5-10mins arguing over the phone, i requested a full refund and asked to proceed to cancel the orders, she even refused that! im physcially upset and traumatised by overal experience the entire encounter left me in tears im still upset writing this review

Ordered Bostik wood glue, six 7Kg tins, saved £80 compared than other suppliers. Stated items were "In Stock". Accepted 7-10 day delivery, due to good price... But 10 out of 10 to Status Homecare.... ordered on Sunday, arrived on Tuesday - only 48hrs later. Thank you
