Second visit to Staykool and as before the service was excellent.

Pressure tested the system and did thorough leak detection, explained everything in simple terms as they went along.

Explained that while there were no obvious leaks it's not always possible to find very small ones and made sure I was happy to go ahead with re-gassing.

Re-gassed system and all in working order again.

Booked an appointment online, which was really easy to do. The guys here are really friendly and knowledgeable and were happy to explain everything. Book with confidence, good to know there is still people out there that are not out to rip you off 👍

As usual Staycool diagnose the problem I had with air conditioning now working 100%. I have used this company over the last few years always gave good advise I have recommended them to friends and family they have been equally satisfied with the service.

My go to for Air conditioning, ( have the winter service, very thorough) this year found a leaking pipe, - no air con. Got pipe repaired and staykool then regassed, at a great price. Excellent service and price. Would recommend without hesitation.

This is my 7th year of using STAYKOOL (Derby). Superb service…. Everything is fully explained, the professional attitude is so reassuring and the prices are 10/10. Air-con service? Just book in with STAYKOOL, you won’t go anywhere else after.

Mark at Osmaston Road site in Derby was very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable & professional. Detected leak in Aircon radiator, fixed with leak prevention & then regassed the system. Air con now works efficiently and icy cold. Very happy & satisfied customer - would thoroughly recommend 👍

I have used Staykool quite a few times for mine, my wife's and my dad's car. Every time the service has been excellent. All the charges are explained upfront and extras are offered on the website but never pushed.

Normally go every couple of years to have my aircon serviced. They do deals in the off months too (October-April) so great to get it serviced before the summer months hit.

Much better to take it to someone who knows what they're doing instead of Halfords or a main dealer. Can't recommend this company enough.

My Volvo XC60 aircon was working well but didn't seem as cold as it could be so decided to take it to see Adam at Stay Kool to be checked.
I was interested in how it all worked and there was no problem for me to watch and ask questions. Adam was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.
The car was connected to the system and the gas was vacuumed out and weighed to find that there was just over half of what there should have be, which had naturally diffused out of the system over the years. After a leak check, antibacterial spray, and the 'Cool Shot' treatment, the new refrigerant was added to the correct amount.
The air temperature coming from the vent in the car was then checked which was down to 7 degrees, much cooler than before.
Overall a great experience with a perfect outcome. Many thanks.

What can i say, my aircon is now fully working 100% am well pleased with going to Staykool having found them on facebook, best decision ever and they certainly have all the gear, all City & Guilds and F-Gas Qualified and certainly know there stuff, after phoning around other garages for prices getting told by those i called that they only top the system and not fully check it for leaks etc when i asked i was like what ? then i was told by one to be sure my aircon is working properly before going as if leaked after putting gas in, it was my fault ? well how do i know, i just press the AC button an its blowing warm thats all i know, Anyway now am so glad i rang Staykool, they checked it over for leaks did lots of other checks with there equipment etc and explained things clearly, just lovely genuine people doing a job we all need if our cars dont blow cold, they even explained my condenser radiator was showing signs of aging, a bit like me lol, but not leaking at the moment an no hard sale talk for a replacement, cant be fairer than that could they, my car is 22 year old after all, so at least i am now aware of it if it did leak, anyway the system held pressure on test so they did what they needed an refilled the gas in my system , i cant recommend them highly enough, a top quality job done and worth every penny for such detailed work, now i have a cool car, well inside i do, defo see them for my next aircon check when they contact me, all i can say is a huge thankyou for an aircon service done as it should be, again worth every penny. Absolutely brilliant!! I recently got a new car and only realised as it started to warm up that the Aircon did not get cold. I took it to StayKool who were so lovely throughout the whole experience. I was politely greeted and every single step of the process was explained to me on what was being done and why. Within 15 minutes I had gone from warm air blowing to Ice cold air conditioning. The drive home was bliss! I did not feel forced to make any additional purchases and I was only advised of the extras. I was never pushed into buying anything else on top. Very friendly and professional service.

I will be back and most definitely recommending to anyone I know in need of an air con service! Thank you!

6 June 2023 Excellent website, easy booking, great service from Mark. No pressure to have sealants etc if not necessary. Aircon working great now ready for summer. Highly recommended.

i was doing a google search looking to get my AC gassed when i came across staykool,i was so impressed by the website with all detailed information on vehicle AC that i booked my car in, i arrived early and was greeted by mark,professional and very likable guy,he asked me questions about my cars AC and showed me the process of what he was doing.my cars AC was low on gas and leaks were found on condenser, i had the option of extreme leak sealer and coolshot additive Which I chose, the whole process was very efficient and fast,a temperature check was made on the dash vents and my AC was blowing very cold,❄️ mark even said that it was one of the coldest he'd seen. i am really impressed by the service from mark at staykool. Excellent professional COOL 1 to 1 home AC service. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
