Popped over to see Mark this morning with my Merc, having done the easy online booking a few days earlier. The job to first remove the remaining existing gas than replenish to exactly the right level proceeded exactly as planned, with the process being as per the website description.
Mark's systematic and very well organised way of working shows that he is a specialist with all the right skills and all the right tools to do the job. He has really thought through how to do this work in such a way that any customer will, by the end of the process, know the condition of the health of their cars a/c system. He does this by explaining the meanings of the readings he takes, but explains things in terms to suit the individual. In my case I was interested in the finer detail and he was happy to gave me that level of information. For the majority however I am sure he keeps is sensibly simple.
Thanks Mark, will definitely suggest your excellent service to anyone I know, who needs this type of work done.

I was in a tight spot finding out I needed my air con serviced a week before we were due to set off on holiday to France. We had originally booked in at a Halfords, who after dropping the car off then told us they couldn't do it due to us needing the new gas. And my mechanic friend putting us in touch with another garage who then couldn't fit us in for nearly 2 months! We were in a bit of a pickle.

Then I found staykool on Google, whose website was not only full of helpful information , but was also very reassuring and you could book your appointment online. I came across it on a Thursday evening and booked a service for the following Saturday afternoon.

Mark was very polite, friendly and explained every part of the process through out the service. And it was all done in half an hour.

I shall be recommending him to anyone who needs an air con re-gas with the new type gas and passing his information on to my mechanic friend with a glowing review.

Absolutely a man on top of his game. So very efficient. Explanations for what he is doing and why. Ability to pay via card and send yourself a receipt. Will highly recommend to anyone who needs this service.

I thought I had better check the Air Con on the 13 year old car that I had bought.
I did a Google search for Car Air Con Service, and several popped up. I selected Stay Kool, as they had some good reviews.

Well... I was not disappointed.

The website is easy to use, and easy to book an appointment on.
I received an email and text to inform me where I needed to go, and what to do when I arrived there.
Mark is friendly and efficient, and the service went through without any problems.
Just a small payment, and I know that my car is ready for the summer.

I will be back again, in a few years time, and I recommend Stay Kool to anyone who is thinking of getting the Air Con in the car serviced.

Brilliant service, quick, easy and totally honest ..... makes you wonder what all mainstream garages actually do for their inflated prices. Going back again today to get my wife’s car sorted !! Definitely recommend this to anyone with car aircon problems.

After being turned away from a large garage, saying they didn't have the correct gas, I contacted Mark, just off chance. What a great choice! Both gases available. Just pull up to Marks van and he shows and explains the whole procedure to you.All completed in 25 mins. i hope I dont have to re-visit but Marks would be my first choice!

Having had an horrific price from the main dealer for RF1234 regas on my Korean motor i found Staykool online, i called them and followed the directions on the answerphone but this individual isnt that bright with smartphones and technology so called back and left a message. very quickly i was called back and the very helpful lady sorted me out an appointment, confirming it with a text message

come the day of the appointment i arrived a few minutes early and was greeted with a warm friendly friday morning Derbyshire greeting. the mechanic was very good in showing me and explaining every step of the regas process, showing me how it works, some of the issues associated with air con and how to keep it well maintained.

the true test came when the work was completed. welcome to my world of frozen ! what a difference it made, my car is a 64 plate and the work staykool did in a short time has made a huge difference

it wasnt cheap to do but significantly cheaper than the main dealer prices but the difference in the system functionality is somewhat impressive. now off to freeze the other half ........
