Informative and progressive layout that helps you grasp information quickly. Just hope they are sufficient and up to date for the upcoming paper. Would be nice to include lecturer names as I would have liked to given credit to the one in the FR videos.

I really like this - I can get BPP lectures for a fraction of a price! What's best is that if I need to review a topic from a previous exam - I can easily review it via accessing those modules too! The only thing Im slightly missing, which is on me as i could do this myself, really- is that there isn't a clear set amount of deadlines.

I keep getting asked for feedback even though I have only just started the course. So far this is my experience. The content is viewed in a small box inside the browser window which is not very easy to scroll through. Some of the mini assessments ask you to match up different options but unless you get them in the right order it is marked as incorrect even if you have the answers right. It can take a while to figure out what order they want them in! If you don’t complete the full learning module your progress isn’t saved which is incredibly frustrating as one learning section could be a good few hours long. I have contacted customer support who said they would look into it. To make it all worse the price has been hiked up since I started looking at the course a couple of months ago. These are my issues a few weeks in - hopefully it doesn’t get any worse! Bit disappointed tbh.

Great platform, easy to navigate. When help is needed its really simple to get in contact with someone. Feedback from assessors is well structured.

I have been with StaySharp for a year now and have successfully completed Level 2 and Level 3 with Distinctions solely due to the way the lecturers have explained all in easy understandable methods. They explain topics very well. The online video lectures & study materials are always updated each year to match the Finance Acts twice a year so I have never found any materials out of date unlike the previous training provider I was with. And when i have questions, their chat box is ever so handy. What's not to love? After all the company behind is BPP, the top training provider in UK and globally as they are sought after for their highest quality study materials. Their monthly subscription is the best in the industry, where you can pay for what you need, if you finish early, you pay for just those months. No contracts, no expensive fees. Unlike other providers who sell you per level. So its a win win for price and quality!!

I love it. I really just hope that they would keep it affordable for us to keep using it

experience was great overall, and the tutors are well educated, but I feel they are just sticking to riding through the text. and a bit of graphics other than just looking at actual text book would be helpful

I am delighted with StaySharp services. I used to buy papers from BPP University. However, due to a change in my circumstances, I cannot afford to pay for the papers. StaySharp lectures, steps, revisions have the same content. Payments at StaySharp are flexible, you can pay monthly £50.
The difference is that you have not got a live tuition.
If you need any support, there are many ways to contact Customer Services and IT Team at StaySharp. You will have a response in a minute.
When you are experiencing difficulties understanding, you can send a question to the tutor.
Excellent tuition, Customer services, and IT Services.
I would give to StaySharp a score "10" out of "5"

I have just finished my L5 with Staysharp. I actually started elsewhere but lack of communication meant it was fruitless.
What a difference - a live chat with an actual person helping you is so good as well as lots of good content - I didn’t fail one exam and the feedback was helpful.
The people at staysharp get back to you when you have a query about payments as well.
I am now considering l7 - thank you staysharp for helping me with my CIPD.

From signing up, to great course content and general support from the staff - this company is top notch! Thanks so much for the easy to read course materials including the videos which as easy to understand too. They use plain English and will give further examples for clarity on each topic which makes the overall learning experience very helpful and enjoyable. Their recommended reading materials, and useful reference point for my CIPD Level 5 course is brilliant! I highly recommend StaySharp! Thank you so much!

StaySharp is relatively inexpensive for professional qualifications but suffers from poor staffing and weak IT infrastructure. Administrative staff seem to simply want to 'process' their interactions with learners as quickly as possible without actually seeming to read the query they've been sent or trying to respond to it effectively. (E.g., being told 'the link to the platform is at the bottom of this email' when we've been in touch to point out that something is WRONG on the platform.)
The ability to attend live deliveries of course content has been removed in place of 'lunch and learn' webinars. Feedback on assessments is often late, and the answer to trying to improve this has been to remove the use of formative assessment to reduce the marking load. The actual feedback often doesn't seem relevant (e.g. explaining the different between a bibliography and reference list as 'feedback' when the reference list in the submission is entirely correct!). And it doesn't count as "feedback" until an administrator has emailed you a week or ten days after the feedback has actually been supplied in TurnItIn by the marker.
Some of the content also seems irrelevant to the subject matter at hand (e.g. in one of my modules there was a very large chunk of 'learning' about British Values that felt like it had been cut-and-paste from some other qualification as padding to make the module length long enough?).
Some key bits of the learning platform, like knowledge checks, which you previously had to do to complete the course, only seemed to work reliably on Windows machines, which is very early 2000's learning technology. The knowledge checks were ditched recently, however.
Those in charge of administering the platform also don't seem to be able to plan for/anticipate learner needs, so things are often unclear or wrong. E.g. people have been complaining for weeks about assessment boxes being made inaccessible when we haven't been able to access the feedback yet, but this still hasn't been dealt with systematically.
If you're willing to put up with a low-quality experience because you're just trying to clear a qualification hurdle, then this is a reasonable option, but do beware!

I've been studying my CIPD Level 5 HR qualification with StaySharp. It's been self guided learning which was great as I could do it in my own time, flexing it around my schedule and working full-time. The content is really informative and useful, making completing the course enjoyable. The team are also amazing, incredibly responsive, happy to answer any question no matter how small.

Really enjoyed my time completing my level 3 CIPD with StaySharp. The self guided learning was perfect for me as I could do it in my own time and I didn't feel pressured to complete it within a certain timeframe. The course content and materials were all really useful and easy to navigate. The team behind the live chat are so helpful and take time to ask how you are getting on etc if you ever reach out to them

Completed my CIPD 5 in 6 months with Staysharp. Highly recommend, content and materials easily accessible, recordings are great and spoken with common sense so easy to understand. Help is just as good and with such great pricing it is the best provider : )

Due to having a terrible experience with another provider for my L3, I was really worried about siging up for my L5.
I used the 2 week free trial to access the learning materials and videos and I thought they were really informative and a way better learning experience than before, so I signed up.
I'm SO glad I did! I've completed the course in just over 12 months, the support was brilliant and the feedback on assignments was so really helpful. Special mention to Nazma who was so responsive to my emails.
