Delayed register of payment receipt on system
I had an issue with my payment being taken out of my account but I didn’t receive a policy number as it just kept swirling around. A wonderful lady stayed with me through the whole process til it was sorted. She dealt with my query with efficiency and enthusiasm. I have never dealt with such an amazing customer service department. I dreaded sorting this problem out at the start of the call but ended up with a smile on my face from her wonderful personality 🥰

I was delighted to get insurance for my husbands complex medical issues. However, when the policy details failed to arrive by email the trouble started. The phone number was English and I rang it. They were very helpful but couldn't find the policy or the bank details despite sending the bank transaction. After several email to-ing and fro-ing still no joy. Then I got an email asking me to phone an Irish number. I gave all the details and voila, the lovely lady on the phone eventually found the policy!! Sorry, I didn't catch her name. So, all set for a holiday
