I have taken out travel insurance. It wasn't complicated and I answered the questions faithfully. I liked that the questions were relevant and straightforward towards other sites. I am happy with the price too. I am reassured going on my trip that I am covered as I am a senior.

Received a good multi travel quotation…
Received a good multi travel quotation from Staysure for a couple in their 70s, both with declared medical conditions. However, due to an unforeseen error on my part I posted an incorrect email address necessitating a phone call to the Staysure Office regarding the issue of my Travel Insurance policy documents. My concerns were dealt with in a timely manner by a competent,jovial representative of Staysure who quickly identified my error and had my documents quickly issued with little fuss.In all , my experience with Staysure is very satisfying and I will be recommending this travel insurance company to our organisation of nine hundred members.

You put wrong name on the policy! Tried emailing & calling you numerous times no response! I’ve since got insurance elsewhere. I want a refund!! I’ve just received a reply from Michelle saying she called me & left a message! This is a lie, I’ve no missed calls & no messages! I demand a refund from you! (10/4/26).
