Thank you so much for reaching out. Do you have a silicon phone case? That is the only case our 3M adhesive has trouble adhering to. Best solution is to use some Gorilla or Super Glue and it will stick to the silicon. If a silicon case is not your problem, please give us a call so we can make sure you are 100% happy and your product stays where you need it to be. We are ready to help anyway we can.

Patricia, we were so sad to see this review. After looking into your problem, we discovered your Phone Patch was not sticking to your new silicone phone case. The only way the 3M adhesive will stick to silicone is if you add some gorilla glue or a similar very powerful glue. Our Phone Patches stick so well but we have heard just recently the silicone cases are a problem. We hope you have received the free replacement products we sent to you. It matters greatly to us that you are happy and that we know you are germ free. Have a great healthy new year.

Amy, please use your Hand Roller gently in each nostril every morning and night, you will see a big reduction in sinus infections. We have many customers who call us to report that exact outcome. Additionally, we have a nationwide EPA registration stating our product kills germs, bacteria and virus, just as we claim. I also want to send our our ebook free of charge to you. Please take a bit of time and read it as there is more data in there but, specifically, look at the back section where you will find many many links to scientific data supporting that antimicrobial copper kills 99.97% of germs.
Personally, I have not had a single cold since I started using this product in 2016. We have over 200 people in our original focus group and 91.11% of them are still cold free since using StayWell Copper.
We work very hard to provide the very purest and finest antimicrobial copper available anywhere in the world. I would like to ask you to be sure to wear your Halo Necklace every day and rub and roll it between your hands when you are exposed to germy situations. You can also use every morning and night gently in each nostril - as most cold germs enter our body on our hands or up our noses, so it is important to kill them right where they start making you sick. Beautiful necklace!
I purchased the necklace and it is absolutely beautiful and has a nice weight to it. The craftsmanship is fabulous and it goes great with my outfits. However…I’m wondering if anyone else has this experience, but I am very sensitive to the amount of “energy” it is pulling. I don’t know how to describe it, but I can only wear it for a short amount of time before I get light headed. As copper is very healing , maybe it’s my blood pressure affecting it? Who knows! I wear copper jewelry normally with no issue, I think it’s the amount of copper around my neck that could be the culprit. SO, buy the products, they are amazing! Just be mindful if you are an extra sensitive person like me, that you may need to use the keychain instead.
*Edit- Thank you so much for the response and for gifting me the clips! I have decided the solution to the energy I feel from the necklace is to take it off periodically and clip it to the swivel hook. I will continue to use my copper in a way that works for me. Most of the copper jewelry you are wearing no doubt is lacquered and so that will eliminate copper's ability to kill bacteria and also seals in any ability to pull energy.
Our products are not lacquered as we want the full bacteria fighting power to come through. We have never had anyone reach out with lightheadedness from wearing our Halo Necklace - in fact, I wear mine every day, all day and have not had even a cold since 2016.
Today in the USPS, I am going to send you a swivel clip as our gift to you so if you feel more comfortable taking it off the 30" chain, you can put the Hand Roller on the keyclip and have it to use when you are out and about - or you can switch between the two ways to use/wear the Hand Roller. I don't ever touch keypads at banks, groceries, or the gas station nor do I touch elevator buttons. Those buttons get touched all the time and no one ever cleans them properly. So, please stay in touch and let us know what results you get use the Hand Roller on your keyclip. I use the Hand Roller as my "sixth finger" when I'm out and about and let it do all the dirty work for me. It self sanitizes so I always know I am safe.
