Booked with them to then be told it was a computer error they can either refund or we can pay extra on top for there mistake on price. Very rude also

We recently stayed at the Peckforton and Bolesworth Stables (2 families) in Tarporley, Cheshire. This was the most amazing place and the cottages were out of this world. The cleanest accommodation we have stayed in and decorated beautifully. Every attention to detail was appreciated, from the fresh flowers to bottle of wine and milk etc left for our arrival. Tarporley is a beautiful village and lots of amazing walks from the cottages. We would not hesitate to use Eden Retreats as the communication, helpful staff made everything so easy and took the stress out of booking. Can’t wait to book again!

Beautiful accommodation with friendly owners that couldn't do enough for us. Lovely welcome gifts suitable for all the family. Internet which is a must with teenagers! Highly recommended & a fab holiday by all. Thank you

So far my booking experience with Eden Retreats has been great. Nice, welcoming, informative and easy to follow website. Quick follow up, easy to pay, text message and an email. Nice touch having a special request box to complete, hope my holiday is all that I'm expecting, more than happy so far and very much looking forward to our stay at Chestnut Lodge in Yorkshire.

I really love booking with Eden - everything is so well organised and the properties are great. 'Joan' was gorgeous and had everything you could possibly need. Although advertised as 'dog friendly', I really don't think that the Shepherds huts are dog friendly and I found myself anxious all weekend about having my dog there.

Beautiful property, fabulous location.
The stables were very well set-up and we will definitely be back.

We had a lovely stay at Valley View. The property was ideal for a group of 8 + dog - comfortable and plenty of space, well equipped, lovely garden (including fire pit) and views. Particularly loved the hot tub as the sun went down, and watching the rabbits in the garden. Also enjoyed the walk via footpath into Ilfracombe, although didn't attempt the uphill walk back!

I was looking somewhere to stay for a short break and came across Stoney Calf which looks ideal! The booking process was quite straightforward and we have a confirmed booking to look forward to.

We recently stayed in The Old Watermill and what a lovely unique property! Very comfortable and well-equipped, with its own character.
Eden Retreats were really helpful and efficient. When I needed to change my dates, it’s was done straight away with no bother at all. Would definitely use again.

We had a fantastic pet friendly family holiday in Brye Cottage Blencarn, a stunning property in a stunning location. I found Eden Retreats a very professional service that i would highly recommend.

We stayed at The Hayloft near Stroud for a week with our family.
It was a lovely cottage, with everything needed was there. They also catered for 3 dogs when on the website, it reports only catered for one, so this was a huge bonus. The only downside was there isn't a gate on entry so we could not leave the doors open incase our dogs got out. Also there was only seating for 5 in the lounge, where the loft caters for 6.
I would definitely book with Eden Retreats again in the future, easy website to use, with lots of information, also the agents were always contactable when we had any questions.

Suberb high standard of accomodation. Excellent for our dogs, closed in field for normal exercise and well located for longer walks. Even provided dog crates and pleaty of room inside for all dogs to sleep in utility/second kitchen. 2 hot tubs were a bonus and well used. Owner very friendly and accomodating. Looking to go back 😊

We stayed at The Hayloft near Stroud. It surpassed our expectations, was super clean and was the best home from home for a week. Booking was seamless, our hosts were wonderful and I wouldn’t hesitate to book through Eden Retreats again (this is my third booking already!)

We had a wonderful week in Cholmondeley Stables. Everything we needed was there. The owners were very friendly and made us welcome. Even the weather was good sunshine every day!
