I would give a 10 star review if I could!! Sunny and his team are amazing. I returned to UK after almost 2 decades overseas in the US and wanted to buy a house here in UK. Despite these complexities Sunny was able to find a great deal with a UK bank. He was reliable, consistent, and patient, walking me through the entire mortgage process. Despite multiple delays (unrelated to mortgage), we successfully closed last year and I owe many thanks to Sunny. This was the only part of the purchase process that wasn’t stressful! Sunny was on top of everything and one step ahead throughout. Thank you so much. Sunny was recommended to me. I also highly recommend Sunny to anyone else buying a house. And/or additional financial needs you may have. No brainer that I will use his services again :)

Maria at St Barts is absolutely brilliant! I have been getting advice from her for years, and my entire family use her for their remortgages, even though we live 2 hours away from Poole, in Gloucestershire! :-) She is super knowledgeable, is really quick to process everything, and is really upfront and honest about everything. It also helps that I have got to know her over the years and she always asks after my family, which is really lovely. I would strongly recommend!

Tom oliver, is an excellent broker he's very supportive and explained everything so that you understand and guides you through the process from the very beginning, from finding the perfect mortgage that suited me and guiding me through what at times was a stressful experience.
