Quick response time and resolved my issues completely.

I was pleased with adding Bitcoin lightning network support. I tried swapping BTC from LN to other coins, USDT and mainnet BTC and it worked well. though could be a bit faster to confirm payment since it arrived almost instantly

Everything worked fine and it was finished after around 10minuts the fees are a little bit high for BTC-XMR exchange but i think if you realy need monero then you can pay it (;

Support was A plus. I had a small issue requiring supports services, and within an hour of submitting the ticket, I had been contacted and my issue was resolved. I will certainly use Stealthex again.

I just had a timeout of a BTC transaction, which i thought failed ("deposit timeout" prompt), but it was still processed. This should be displayed better.

Very solid service they provide, I've had many transactions with them in the past. My most recent exchange was for a bigger amount, so they couldn't complete it immediately after confirmation, but customer service kept me in the loop. If you want to exchange your coins, look no further; this is the one.

Due to an exchange being misleading on their withdrawals, I accidentally sent my transaction sans the tx cost. When I tried to send the balance, StealthEX’s algorithm didn’t know to combine my transactions and thus my swap was stuck in limbo. Fearful that my coins had been lost or that it would take forever to fix this issue, I reached out to customer service. CS replied extremely quickly, and resolved my issue extremely quickly. The best thing? The exchange rate had improved during the interim and I ended up making money on the delay! I am so thankful to have the issue resolved, and resolved so quickly and painlessly. Thank you!

Even though the swap ended up just fine, the process was terrifying, it worked really bad and support wasn't answering.

So, I sent my funds through a Bitcoin on-chain transaction. StealthEX didn't recognized my unconfirmed transaction and it didn't provide any updates when the TX was confirmed on the blockchain.

Meanwhile time was running out on their platform and support wasn't answering. The whole experience was super stressful.

Time eventually did run out and it said my "Deposit expired" even though my funds were sent. I seriously though I had lost money there.

I had to refresh the page some minutes later to find out that it did end up working somehow.

Really really bad experience. You guys work with people's money. Using StealthEX was really scary. Big disappointment.

Edit: StealthEX response on Trustpilot is also disappointing. It is like they haven't read my review. My transaction was confirmed (2 confirmation actually) and their platform wasn't showing any updates. I understand that there may be delays but a 15 minute delay when my funds were at stake and you even showed a "Timeout" message is a very poor experience
