I have purchased the new released “On the Fly” extension link for my Rolex jubilee bracelet 62510H. The product is great. I am so grateful that someone created an easylink for my older model. There were some issues with the order and the shipment, and with their almost simultaneous response, those issues were solved immediately. It’s a highly recommended purchase.

Really poor communication,ie none and still wating 6 days and item still it dispatched ..

I ordered an extension link for my Sinn 556. The link works but is not exactly the same shape as the link you swap out - this limits the bracelet articulation and makes the link look slightly different from the rest. Not an enormous issue but disappointing. They get a promotion to 2 stars because they offered to replace or refund. The real issue was when I enquired about the differences they prevaricated and denied the differences despite being sent clear images and a diagram. Eventually, after increasingly frustrated communications, the owner, Gabe did engage directly and admitted without going into detail that the link has differences out of necessity - but to get this admission I had to endure gaslighting and have had to endure being called 'entitled', 'sarcastic', and 'disrespectful' along the way by the owner. Proceed with caution.

This initial negative review was edited this March 2025 following a very late response of the company via its CEO and the final replacement (free of any charge) of the defective product initially received. The quality of the new received product is acceptable and the actions finally taken correspond to the contractual and legal terms. Anyway, the fact that all the initial contact efforts were in vain is not singular at a quick search and positive response was again only received after weeks of escalating (legal action, negative publicity). By consequence, will not buy again any of their products and I would not recommend this company.
