Excellent service
I needed a few custom flashings to complete my Kingspan insulated panel building. Accord were very helpful by phone and came back with a very good price for the flashings I needed. They were delivered earlier than estimated, which was very welcome. The flashings were exactly to spec, and the colour match was perfect. Great company to deal with. Highly recommended.

Useless incompetent took ages
I asked for Juniper green and you sent brown. The client waited so long they used it anyway. I won’t be getting anymore work with them. Cheers.

No problem with products but customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
Received e-mail confirming delivery for 10:30/12:30, so arranged man power accordingly, delivery then arrived at 07:30
with just myself and driver to unload 6.0m
sheets, and at 76yrs old I struggled...an update on change would have been nice!
