Hi Sean,

I wanted to get in touch to let you know we had a fantastic time in Rovaniemi. While the delay on the first day due to too much snow was unfortunate it really added to the experience in the subsequent days. Thank you for being available and putting in a huge effort to see us looked after when our flight was diverted and trying hard to re-arrange things so we didn’t have to miss out.

Each of the activities were excellent. I could go on and on about the host at the huskies, the husky driver, the host at the reindeers etc, all knowledgeable and great at providing a very enjoyable positive experience and of course the animals themselves! We are blown away at how committed to the cause the elves were 😊 I don’t think there is anyway you could get an Irish person to be a leprechaun with the same intensity! The Santa experience was just fantastic. I think you have the right crew there, there was plenty of mystery and for the kids felt like they were visiting him at his home and those elves, christ almighty, great fun!
We have fantastic photos, videos and most importantly memories.

Had a wonderful experience on our trip to lapland. We had a great time (2 adults 2 kids). Everything went like clockwork with no issues. From meeting us at the airport to our send off for the return flight Sean was brilliant .... thanks Sean.

We booked through Sean in Stein Travel for Lapland. Sean was incredible to deal with and met us in Lapland which was great piece of mind having someone on the trip. The Lapland experience with Stein was amazing everything organised so well would definitely book with Stein again.

We travelled to Chicago for the Ireland / NZ rugby game on a Stein Travel package.

Stein (Derenea and Suzanne) were easy and responsive to deal with. The package was well put together with a great hotel (Westin) in a central location (River North) in the city.

Would have no hesitation about booking with Stein again.

The trip passed off seemlessly. No surprises. All went to plan. Hotel was lovely and very central. Staff in the hotel were very nice. Transport was excellent, from pick up to departure and around Chicago city.

The level of service and communication from the Team (especially Michelle!) at Stein Travel was exceptional. From collection at the Airport, to our hotel in River North, Chicago, things could not have be en better. It all contributed to an exceptional trip (except for the match result! Obviously). Would highly recommend!

The Stein element of our trip was top class - flights, hotel & match tickets. It was very well organised, good communication all through. The Hotel was very well located in Chigago & overall we were very happy with Stein.

We , my friend & I are just back from week 1 of Craic on the Costa. This was our 3rd year going & we couldn't fault anything. Rooms, staff & entertainment were top class

Just back from a mighty week of sun ,dancing and craic on the jimmy Buckley week of craic on the Costa. Everything was organised to the T from booking with Elizabeth in stein travel , to stein travel reps on the ground in Spain and to the mighty jimmy Buckley and he s team . I would highly recommend this trip .

We (my son & I) had a wonderful holiday. It was all organised to the highest quality from start to finish. The hotel was wonderful and we loved our room. The food was good. We never had to queue long for anything and the amount of people was just right. The hotel was very obliging when we had to get up early to go on our day trip. They opened the restaurant early and had some breakfast for us. That was a lovely touch.

The day trip to Gibraltar, was lovely, however, we felt it was a rushed trip, we would have liked more time to see things and we saw there was a lot more we would have liked to do. Next year, we will hire a car and go ourselves.

On the day of sadly going home, it was a very early start, up at 3am for an early flight.
It would be nice if it was a later flight we were shattered for a couple of days after.

We enjoyed the holiday so much, we booked again with Ger for next year with hopefully, the same room.

Ger is a lovely Representative of your company, very approachable and obliging.

All in all, a it was a very well organised, easily affordable and the sunshine made it so beautiful.

We had an incredible experience with stein TRAVLE, three of us booked for the craic on the costa and we had a fantastic time, so much so that we have booked again for next year, I want to give a shout out to Ger who was the stein representative at the hotel while we were there , she went above and beyond to help us locate a missing bag that was accidentally left on the coach , from check in to check out she was there to help answer any questions that we had , so thank you Ger and everyone at stein travel

I dealt with Derenea this year for our trip to the USA. She was very helpful. Understood our wants and needs very well. She was very prompt in organising and responding and kept me up to date with any amendments. I’d highly recommend and especially for long distance travel. She made it feel a lot less stressful everything was ready to go.

We recently booked a 3 night stay with Stein Travel to see Andre Rieu concert in Maastricht. We found them very efficient and helpful. Everything was so effortless pick up at airport transfer to hotel. We also got a lot of info before we went on places of interest to see in Maastricht. They also booked tickets for the show.
