A wonderful holiday from start to finish. Super friendly and super helpful staff. Plenty to do and see and very well organised trips away from resort which we truly enjoyed. Thank you to everyone involved.

This was an amazing holiday . Great music every day and night ! Jimmy & Cladaue made sure he got to meet all of the 550 people that traveled . Loved every minute of the holiday .

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with , rude staff, messed up our flights several times , as a group put us on different flights, ignored emails and even admitted they didn’t bother reading our emails , paying through the nose for a company who let this holiday down
This is a fantastic holiday but STEIN Travel ruin it with their incompetent and unprofessional manner , even managed to leave 3 of us behind on one year and never even reimbursed us on having to fork out extra hotel night , transfers to airport x 2 , food and expenses, they blamed the airline , but our package holiday was booked with STEIN TRAVEL , not the airline ,
Stay clear of this company and spend your money else where
3 days before we were leaving this year we were still trying to get our flights sorted
Don’t even bother complaining because they will ignore you , even if you meet them face to face
They are a disgrace of a company
Every year they say they will sort it next year , 4 we have done this holiday and 4 years there were problems , every year , spoke to lots of people on the holiday who agree it’s a fantastic holiday but the added stress of this company dealing with it , puts them off returning

Wonderful from beginning to end .everyone catered for. Great welcome and send off by Jimmy. Great to be picked up and dropped off at proper terminal at airport. Meet and greet most days with Jimmy and his singers.
Only downside is we are not going back next year. But hope to soon again. He does everything well.

I thought from start to finish it was a wonderful trip and Jai and Sylvia were so helpful and the Hotel was an excellent choice and great to have the pool to cool down in the evenings after being out on the trips

The tours were v well organised
The concert was again well planned in terns if getting to and from
The hotel was clean but v basic
Breakfast was abysmal....
Our room was tiny The only issue we had was we were given ..2 single mattresses pushed together on a double base...with a double sheet holding the contraption together.
Staff were v helpful.

A great trip to see U2 at the Sphere in Vegas last February..all thanks to Stein Travel!!

Firstly the content of the package was great and the main reason we decided to purchase. Stein delivered what the package said on the the tin.

Glad we upgraded our tickets well looked after by the company representative hotel was good

Hotel in Montecatini was basic enough and overall facilities were poor. Missed not having a pool.

Hotel did not provide any bar facilities before 4pm - even to get a coffee during the day was impossible. This was poor for a 4 star hotel.

Quality of breakfast was poor enough. Not to 4 star standard.

Hotel was grubby in places - carpet was fraying on the stairs and coming away in places.

We ate in the hotel restaurant one evening & had been told by our Tour Guide to ask for the 10% discount available to hotel guests. In the end the discount provided was less than 2% (as there were certain dishes e.g. steak with truffle that were excluded from this offer for some reason. This seemed very bizarre and trivial to us.)

The guide Sylvia was exceptional . Knowledgeable , organized , and extremely kind . She have such practical info and tips

We had a lovely trip .pickup on time from airport. Aircon bus Silvia our Italian guide was amazing so helpful day or night she went above and beyond to make sure everyone had an amazing time .Concert was fantastic.hotel good .

Very helpful and informative

Our trip was all about seeing U2 at the Sphere in Las Vegas and so it would be hard to give it anything else other than 5 stars! However, we would also highly recommend Stein Travel. They took all of the stress out of planning our break - from flights, to hotel recommendations to concert tickets, and we would recommend booking this type of trip with them for excellent service, knowledgeable staff and excellent pricing. A once in a lifetime experience too!

Everything was very well organised from the time of booking to getting back to Dublin.
Transfer execution to and from the airport, the concert and for day excursions to Sienna and Florence were smoothly run and very comfortable.
The Stein Travel Representative, Jay Galvin made himself available at all times to offer any help or assistance required. The local guide, Sylvia was an absolute gem. She was very helpful, supportive and extremely organised. Nothing was a problem for her.
The accommodation at Hotel Adua was excellent. This is a very nice hotel that is made really special by the staff. In all areas of the hotel the staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful.
I would have no hesitation using Stein Travel again. In fact we're already looking at trips with them next spring.
