Great job done. Efficient and polite.

We were delighted with the experience that we had with my mother’s solar/heating installation; all the people that we dealt with at all levels of the project were fantastic, and particularly respectful and lovely with my elderly mother. Ryan from Stellar has been very approachable and understanding throughout.
The house is now incredibly well insulated, very warm and hopefully the solar energy will mean cheaper bills.
What a fantastic scheme, installed by a superb company. Cannot recommend this enough!

Our contact person Simon and his team made what is surely a complex process really smooth.
We are extremely grateful to Stellarenergy and all their work, we now have a very efficient and high-tech central heating system our friends, neighbours and family can rightly be jealous of!
I suspect they have many hoops to jump through in their work in the bureaucratic side of things, but they took any and all stress onto themselves and made a buffer so we as the customer received none of it, for which we were also very grateful.

Stellar Energy were incredibly helpful in understanding the insulation potential of my property as well as air source heat pump technology. Unfortunately I was unable to make full use of the grants available so haven’t proceeded but I would recommend Stellar Energy to anyone looking in to home energy and efficiencies. David demonstrated considerable knowledge, helped me understand my options supported my decision.

Very recently, within the last two weeks, four members of staff employed by Stella Energy UK Ltd, have very carefully installed a considerable
thickness of insulation in my friend's roof and have also filled the inside cavities of the external walls of his house. My friend and I would like to thank all the staff concerned for their considerable expertise in carrying out this work, which was done with the creation of very little dust, which was a great relief to my friend as he suffers from Asthma. I would also like to make the comment that the team carrying out the boring of the holes through the external walls,
did a particularly fine job in re-covering the holes after the cavity insulation had been inserted. Such was their expertise in doing this, that it is now almost impossible to see where the original holes were
made in the brickwork. My friend was particularly pleased about this, as he was with the entire carrying out of the work, which was done very speedily
and with great professionalism.

From my own perspective, the communication with Stellar Energy UK was first-class and the gentleman that dealt with me was first class, being very knowledgeable, very professional, very efficient, and was somebody that was very easy to deal with. Thank you.

Stellar energy have been brilliant, they made the whole process of having my home insulated and central heating put in, so easy. Great communication and quick and efficient at doing the work. I am confident that my bungalow will be a lot more economical to keep warm this year.

Stellar Energy were very professional. The workmen were quick and efficient. They did a great job.

Further to our earlier comments we would respectfully remind Stellar that they had already agreed to do the work if we made a £500 contribution - to which we agreed. We were told by two officials (Matthew Perrott-email Dec 20th 2020 and by Stephen Robbshaw-email July 19th 2021 that the company that the work would be done.
We are not prepared to keep arguing this point as we get nowhere with Stellar.
Instead we will endeavour, once again, to get full exposure of this of this saga through the national press.

Stellar Energy have been a great company to deal with. They have responded to all my communications and expects all their outsource work force to complete work to a high standard. The only issue is the time it takes for grant award from local Council - mine was particularly slow! Cavity wall was done well but I did not qualify for further grants sadly!

I am over the moon with Stellar energy.
What an amazing journey.
Their office staff are very professional and thorough, the Surveyors are so polite and friendly, the installers are so respectful of peoples privacy and homes, and the quality of workmanship is second to none.
I had big concerns about these grants before I engaged with Stellar, but I have to say, they are a credit to the ECO scheme.
I would highly recommend them to anyone considering taking advantage of the ECO grants.

A professional and friendly service with excellent prior, during and after works suppirt/service. Can't fault them.

Brilliant company! We applied for an LPG heating system through the Government grant scheme. I was convinced it wasn’t going to happen for us, but Stellar guided us through the whole process and we now have an excellent heating and hot water system, plus wall and loft insulation we weren’t expecting!

Each of the contractors they sent were spot on and very professional from start to finish.

Booked an engineer to attend for 10am made clear that the house is 5500 sq feet, so would need most of day, house is in conservation area, confirmed call the day before an hour later to attend at 11am, engineer turned up at 1pm after me calling the office, stating he would finish around 10pm if he had started it then, terrible customer service, will give the business to someone else! Your right I did go out it was my husbands 50th birthday and after waiting in most of the day we decided to go out, I would rather freeze than use your company so please stop calling me, I have asked nicely twice, you are breaking GDPR rules! I have asked you to delete my details and STOP calling me, I am a nurse in the NHS and don’t have the time or inclination to answer calls at work from Ashley! Threaten me again and I will seek legal advice, with your breach in GDPR and slander allegation, I have no reason to lie do I? I wanted to have YOUR company come to my home YOU messed me around… my review is accurate. Funny how you have so many bad reviews on here is everyone lying?????

I had work done today by Dewey and Curtis. It was definitely a five star experience. They worked quickly and efficiently, cleared up all the mess after themselves and were cheerful and friendly. Well done boys!

We would highly recommend this company.very professional from start to finish!Scott and Nicky were the two guys doing our loft.They arrived on time ,and got on with the job.They informed us all the way through ,on what they were doing,and both were very polite and helpful.A pleasure to have such nice guys in our home doing good work!
