I contacted this company for Cavity wall insulation & loft insulation which was completed recently.
I am very pleased with the work carried out and would be happy to refer to friends and family.

Everyone I dealt with was polite, efficient and on time - which is rare for tradesman these days!!

From start to finish the service from Stellar energy was seamless and faultless . I given their number by a friend . Called them up, got a grant for loft Insulation and first time central heating. Both were done within a month of contact and for totally free. They were a bit late to my property so they gave me a 100 quid voucher for MS. I didnt require that but a nice touch . All the work was carried out in a professional manner. I was lucky that I qualified through my benefits . The process was very smooth.. many thanks ..

The whole process took longer than expected, loft insulation happened in January and we were happy with the work carried out, heating was finally installed in September and so far so good.

It is almost two years since I filled in forms etc regarding loft insulation and storage heaters. The loft insulation was done 16 months ago. After many phone calls and promises from Stella Energy about the installation of new storage heaters I am still waiting. Last January when I spoke to Steve he told me they would be installed in the next few weeks. I have a copy of this on an email.
They always promise to ring back but don’t. I spoke to Ashley about a month ago and he said that the forms hadn’t been passed on to the installers and the grant had passed the time limit last October??? I would not recommend this company to anyone. Yesterday I spoke again to Steve (as Ashley is on holiday) and he said he’d ring me back AGAIN. I’m still Waiting.
The only good point for this company is that they are good promisers but nothing comes of it.

Very good work done to a very high level. We had loft insulation installed as well as ridged plastered loft insulation installed in our dormer loft room which was plastered. All the work was completed in two and a half days to a very high standard. We are very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommended Stellar Uk Ltd.

Cavity wall insulation, loft insulation and new boiler completed recently. I am very pleased with the organisation and the workmanship.
Everyone I dealt with was polite and efficient.

I can honestly say I have never met such incompetence. Started off relatively well, survey done, then I was ‘forgotten about’. Loft insulation completed 4 months on but when it came down to the actual electrical work, I have been thoroughly messed around and fobbed off. I must have phoned 20+ times and I always get told ‘someone will call you back, and they don’t. AVOID.

Initially the company were great, had a surveyor out within a week, loft insulation done 1 week later then nothing, after trying to call email and getting nowhere I put a review on here, then next say had a call to say if I take off the bad reviews they would send out a plumber, they also advised as I had already had cavity wall insulation I could no longer have the boiler free, I advised them that when I spoke to someone on the first call I advised I already had cavity wall insulation 12 years ago, they advised I would definitely get a free boiler, the plumber arrived 5 days later that was 2 months ago and no call again so after starting my enquiry in March I have given up.

Thank you for your reply, when I made the first call to you in March I explained that I had already had cavity wall insulation in my property, the reason I asked was because other companies I had called had told me I needed to have the cavity wall installed with them to be able to have a free boiler, you advised me because I was having loft installation I would be able to have a free boiler even though I already had cavity wall installed, can I also ask why you’re coming back to me through trust pilot but never reply to calls I have made.

Loft insulation fitted by Dewey and Jordan who explained everything clearly, did a quick and professional job and tidied up before leaving - even helped me to lift some heavy things.

Great company - efficient pleasant guys who arrived on time , put insulation in my roof and ...........

Dewey and Jordan arrived to fit loft insulation. Arrived before time and were very courteous and professional. They provided a full explanation of the work to be undertaken and once finished, and supplied an advice sheet also prior to leaving. From initial assessment, to the inspector George (who was so lovely), the loft insulation has been fitted within 7 days which is excellent. After being messed around and let down by so many other companies, we cannot fault these guys! Thank you!

I had arranged for a boiler and heating grant for my grandfather, he’s been without gas for just under 6 years.. the workers and the company did an amazing job and was very easy to work with. They was a massive help in boosting my grandfathers mental health and understood the difficulties of the home. I would highly recommend. Thank you to the stellar energy team.! We are so great full for everything you have done.

Initial survey was professional and well explained. The two guys who came to fit extra insulation (Scott and Nicky) and lift lift boards etc today were great. Very professional, friendly, worked non stop and very clean and tidy. Explained things throughout... Excellent...!!
