From the initial inspection visit, throughout the installation, to the sign-off, the level of professionalism from Stellar was exemplary.
Dimitris explained the process of installing the heat pump and the solar panels very clearly and concisely.
His respect for the property and his courtesy were much appreciated.
Based on my experience, l would have no hesitation in recommending Stellar.

I would highly recommend this company. I had loft insulation done, and a new boiler. They were efficient, clean, and polite. They explained everything to me, and I know there is ongoing support if I need it in future. So thank you to this company and their workforce.

Hello All, STELLAR INSULATION Ltd installed a boiler in my property in Feburary 2024 on a Government Scheme.

The whole job from beginning to end was handled with excellent professionalism and dedication. I suffer from a Mental Health Condition and the anxiety/panic and sickness I felt on allowing complete strangers to come into the property and install something so important for the household went through the roof.

I was amazed at the kindness, understand, assurance, humbleness and care that was shown by the whole team of STELLAR INSULATIONS Ltd by accepting my request to send the engineers like Pablo with his team to answer some of the questions in my head and reassuring me that the whole installation will be looked after with utmost care and up to current standards and I will be an integral part of making all the decisions. Honestly knowing that took so much stress of my shoulders.

I congratulate the whole team including Pablo/Baajo and one more who came installed the boiler and also the insulation in the Loft with care and the according to the current Government Standards. I also thank the STELLAR INSULATIONS Ltd Team in the office for EXCELLENT

I had Pablo and his team in yesterday for a boiler installation and I was very impressed.
I would highly recommend them, an easy process from start to finish.

Very impressed. From the survey to Pavlos and the team installing the new boiler and radiator sensors, everything was on time and professional. Minimum disruption and work done in a day. Clean and tidy too. Considerate on the impact of the work they were doing. Very pleased with the results.

I had a very old boiler which finally gave out. The guys came over within a couple of days to install a new boiler, roof insulation and other a lot of other related work. Excellent and very speedy work was completed in two days! Highly recommended these guys!

Work was arranged really quickly and without any hassle, less that a week between my first enquiry and contractors completing the first part of the work. I was kept up to date and they communicated with me throughout. My house was left clean and tidy and the job was completed to a great standard. I’m very happy with new Worcester bosh boiler. I did wish to leave a positive feedback, however there are many things went wrong after the work completed. This was a energy efficiency project for the house with changing a new boiler, loft insulation, bathroom fans, radiator valves, etc. After they finished the work the upstairs bathroom shower unit did not been isolated hence lots of leaking through the floor to the downstairs, and I eventually resolved myself but left cracks and holes to the kitchen ceiling with moisture and mold. After loft insulation they broke part of the roof and I realized until my bedroom ceiling started to leak and mold. They also cut corners when installing the bathroom fans with no duct in the wall, and only used silicon gel to put the duct cover to the external wall without any screws fitted, resulted both duct covers fell off 1 month after work completed. As I said I'm not happy with the work completed and left too many things that I need to resolve myself.

Stellar has been so helpful, doing a complete first time installation of central heating and a boiler replacement within a week. The team was very quick and efficient. Really pleased with their work ethics and would recommend them to prospective people. Thankyou guys!

Abdur, the surveyor is a very nice, polite, professional and very helpful person. His team is very efficient and knowledgeable. They did a very good job at my property. They replaced my old boiler with combi- boiler, loft insulation and a few other jobs. I would definitely recommend them.
