They do what they say - pack and deliver your stuff and you get it. I have been using stelling for the best part of 15 years in one capacity or another - always been satisfied.
And was very satisfied last year when I got my first account bonus! So, if like me, you are reluctant to sign up for "Members' clubs" - give theirs a go - well worth it.

I was offered, and received, a replacement (slightly larger size) for the canvases I ordered, as these happened to be out of stock. Brushes and canvases arrived the day after they were shipped. Very well-packaged.
