Ordering mylar for the first time for a very important, detailed stencil project started out very difficult until I called Stencil Ease! The woman I spoke to was so kind and helpful and that is the next best thing to being able to walk in to a store that specializes in Mylar stencils and are experts! I was able to to get them quickly and in the exact measurements needed which was/is vital for a large scale hand cut custom project. And the price was spot on as well as shipping and packaging, excellent and very professional. If I could I would give Stencil Ease a thousand plus stars. Next time we need more materials we know who to call. Thank you so much! :-)

Not Good Value
The stencil was fine, holds up well, but it was a little overpriced. I also paid for 2 day shipping, which was about $18 dollars (for a tiny piece of plastics) and it didn't come until 5 business days later. (ordered Sunday -Arrived on Friday) Not good value.

I am sorry that you feel that our stencil is overpriced. We do a custom stencil meaning that we have to create the design, prepare it to be cut on our machine and then actually cut it one at a time. We charged you about 15 dollars for that and actually it is alot of work and time to do all of that. Our prices are as conpetitive of anyone that we know.
Also we shipped the product the day after you ordered it which is pretty good for a custom product.
On the shipment it is really expensive to ship small packages to a residential delivery. We like the price of the postal service but they are notorius for being late right now.
In your case our expense was $5 more then what we charged you and we get it at a 30% discount to retail costs. While we used Fedex as it has recently been the most consistent delivery option. thjis was the one expedited delivery this month that they were late on. I wish that we could get better service from any of our delivery suppliers but this is the state of what is happening.
if they had any guarantees on timing I would refund that to you but they do not guarantee delivery.

Great product for what I needed
I ordered these to stencil registration numbers on my inflatable boat. The adhesive backing worked great and made the job easy! My only caution is if you are using this on curved surfaces these particular stencils are stiff which makes it tricky to get them to lay flat on that surface.
