Hi Paula,
I am sorry that you had curling issues with our line stencil. Curling happens when paint covers the stencil. when it dries the paint shrinks and it will curl the stencil. The stencil is still perfectly good it just needs to have the paint cleaned off of it.
Depending upon the paint that you use, cleaning can be done by soaking the stencil in water or with a solvent appropriate to the paint. The solvent will not hurt the stencil. Once the paint softens it will come of with a nylon brush. The product can be cleaned and reused many times.
This is the only compliant that we get from this stencil. We also know that once the stencil is cleaned it will lay perfectly flat again.
In the product description we have this wording in bold "If doing a large number of lines we recommend the 1/8th inch plastic or that you regularly clean the 16th inch plastic as dried paint will twist it over time."
Again I am sorry that you have had issues with the product but if you clean it it will work again like new,

Love these stencils!
The designs are beautiful and the quality is great for re-using multiple times. I’ve stenciled a T-shirt, an apron and a canvas frame - all turned out great. Easy to wash stencil with soap and water and re- use.
I’ll definitely buy more designs from Stencil Ease.

Hi Adam,
I am sorry that this happened. For reasons that I do not understand the address you gave us is corrected automatically by the postal service to newtonville. Normally these corrections are appropriate but this was is not .
Our process is fairly automated and so our shipping documentation takes the address that you provide us and that goes directly in to the shipping service computer. the only tie there is a change is when their system thinks the address that we entered is wrong and then it auto corrects. All of the services do this. IN this case the postal service thinks that your address needs to go to Newtonville. we literally cannot overcome this with USPS.
We have reshipped the product to you via Fedex but this was an odd one. I am sorry for your inconvenience.
