A nightmare
A nightmare. Damaged products, replacements never arrived, had to send back and pay for shipping, than refused to refund full shipping. The person behind all this is very unpleasant. They lied, did not keep their word. I regret all of it. I don’t even understand why they’re still in business with that bitchy attitude.

You were disappointed that I did not refund you for the extortionate return shipping fees. You paid 4 times the necessary price to return by using extra large packaging. Fair postage was refunded, having checked carefully with Canadian Post about how much the shipping should be for an items of the weight and size. You received a full refund, and refund for shipping. From the moment you got in touch you were full of accusations and refused to complete the necessary customs forms. It's a shame we cannot review customers!

Service is a disgrace. Waited over 7 days for delivery. When I asked for a refund I was sent a very rude email. Totally unprofessional. Do not order from them. If I could give them a negative score I would.

What you neglect to say is that you sent a rude email, demanding I provide an Amazon type next-day service, without even enquiring if your items had been sent or allowing me time to investigate the delivery. You were immediately issued with a full refund and allowed to keep all the items, and upon receiving your refund you came straight on here to give a bad review! Respect and kindness go both ways. I hope you enjoy your stencilling project with your free products!
Im really pleased with the stenclis
Im really pleased with the stenclis. They are easy to use and the pattern is elegant. I am using them to decorate out main living room at the moment but I have been inspired to change the colour scheme and use them to redecorate a bedroom. They are very good value for money.
