Informative; helpful and easy
I reached out to Stenson Tamaddon to learn more about the ERC.Tony N. was my first contact. He spent an hour on a Zoom call with me listening and asking questions to be sure I had a good claim. It was a very informative. Tony was extremely helpful. He explained the next steps and sent me a checklist of all documents required. My claim was then transferred to an Account Rep. who contacted and sent me their findings and report prior to submitting it to the IRS. I found the process entire process to straightforward and relatively easy. So far, so good. Now, I wait.

Didn't receive professional help!
When I hired them to review ERC credit, I was assured that I would be able to discuss with a CPA. All I got was people who had no idea about qualifying for ERC. Luckily, I had done my homework and knew what quarters were qualifying and which weren't. Had I listened to them I would have a lot more money, but would definitely be audited by the IRS. Would not use this company again.

My only complaint is that I was Ghosted
My only complaint is that after everything was submitted I asked for some time to get the skinny on what was going to happen next. I was sent an email on 11/21/22 that said "I see you signed the final 941X, thank you. I will reach out to you as soon as I can if you have any more questions." And I have heard nothing since.

Information sent by Stenson Tamaddon on 01/13/2022 is not consistent with information or status updates obtained by our internal team members working directly with the IRS/IRS Advocate.
