Charging 20% of the revenue due back from the government is grossly overcharging for the service. Most other companies are 10%. I didn't read the fine print about it till it was too late. Never again!

Professional, Timely, and Gets Results!

The process working with Stenson Tamaddon has been very clean and easy. We are still waiting on our ERC but once it comes in, we will be very pleased.

This initial process went very well. then about two weeks ago, the IRS sends me letters stating that all of my 941 applications cannot be completed because the forms do not have "wet" signatures. All the forms had stamped signatures. I only followed the instructions given by your company and would assume that with the volume of customers, this would be something that you would be aware of. So now all of my applications are in limbo and waiting for someone in your company yo tell me what to do next.

The communication was dreadful. We had to essentially push the entire project along. The contacts kept changing and we had to speak with people outside of the contracted organization. I would not have used you had I have known how this would play out. I am not sure what we paid you to do. We could have easily done this on our own.

I'm still waiting for someone to contact me about the wrong amended returns for 2020. It's been over a year and the situation hasn't been retified. Anyone ever going to reach out???

Communication is near non-existent. I have to raise a fuss to get anyone to respond to me after repeated requests. I kept telling my specialist Crystal repeatedly that there were quarters missing. She would not respond. I got a hold of the supervisor who was helpful, Vanessa. Now I am having difficulty getting her to respond. I have sent the form 8821 multiple times and it is still not on file. The quarters were filed 3 weeks apart becauseof errors on their part and no communication. It has been an awful experience.

So easy to work with and so quick to respond and finish.

Have never had a worse experience with a vendor, especially not one of professional services. It was very frustrating and I’m glad it’s over.

I liked working with your team, however, I was asked multiple times for the same information (941's, tax returns, etc) when I had already sent it.
