Our entire experience has been very positive; from initial consultation, through the distinctive photography and most of all the regular contact and helpful approach through the sale. Any queries were handled very quickly, especially those that could cause delays. It was always possible to contact the agent, unlike others we have experience of. Stephanie and the whole team there couldn't have done more for us. The put us at ease the whole time and we never felt under pressure (they even helped with our onward purchase that wasn't with them). All the team are friendly and are on hand if you need any advice, which we did! They recommended movers (Rileys of Southport, by the way, are amazing), solicitors and trades when we needed them. They went above and beyond and I can recommend them enough. (I'd give 10 stars if it would let me).
