I recently bought a house with the help of Stephanie Macnab Estate Agents. The experience was really smooth and the team were personal, efficient and overall very helpful.

We instructed Stephanie Macnab Estate Agents with the sale of our mums house. We have been so pleased with the service we received from start to finish. All the staff members we have spoken with have been helpful and compassionate. The photos taken were great and the team were really good with facilitating numerous viewings. The communication had been outstanding and it always feels that nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend these Estate agents to anyone, and will not hesitate to use them again.

My initial experience was a little disappointing as I was unable to view the property I wanted to purchase due to over demand, on speaking to the sales team further, they were very understanding and managed to arrange a viewing very quickly, my continued experience was excellent, very prompt and polite service, highly recommended.

The moving process was made very smooth by the professionalism of Steph and her team. The photographs of our home were excellent and streets ahead of the majority of photographs generally seen on Rightmove. Steph knows the market inside out, is readily accessible and is dedicated to her work

We have had a very positive experience with Stephanie Macnab’s team. They accompanied many viewing and put a lot of effort in to sell our unconventional property. The team chased up all enquiries and kept us informed at all times. They are friendly, helpful and professional. The ‘chain’ situation got a little fraught and Sam in particular kept everyone calm (she should make relaxation tapes in her spare time!) when we next sell a property we will go to them.
