Extremely professional. Courteous ad helpful throughout our dealings with them. For example, when we were asked to provide details of our Solicitors, we only had details for the “New Business Team”. Having explained this to Debbie, she kindly offered to contact our solicitors in order to ascertain who our actual conveyancing solicitor was. Excellent service. Well done !

I have recently been using the service of Stephanie McNabb estate agents and in particular been dealing with Debbie Pendleton. I found the experience with them to be outstanding regarding communication in respect of offers made on a house purchase. We have had a great experience with selling our property. Lucy was very welcoming on the initial call when I wanted to list the property, she set up a valuation very quickly. Simon valued our property & he explained everything thoroughly & then came back to take our photographs. Once we were on the market; Debbie & Lucy were really helpful & kept us updated at each stage of the process. I would recommend them to anyone selling their property!
