Martin the customer service advisor contacted me straight away to say that they had not managed to do the waste collection due to road works outside the premises. As soon as I let him know that these had been removed, he arranged an immediate collection. He kept me informed through the whole process. Excellent service

I have just renewed a contract with Stericycle. The original person who was dealing with the renewal of the contract was not very responsive or helpful, however this person has left the company and Elliot Brett took over who made the transition to the new contract very smooth. Thanks Elliot, Kelly.

Mark White can't do anything more to help me and is always happy with the emails when requesting information on my delivery's.
