Aimee has been very helpful in arranging collections for me. Nothing seems too much trouble and always answers my queries promptly.

Sarah was very helpful and responded very quickly and efficiently.

I communicated the need for a last-minute collection with Angel Ajayi. She promptly followed up on the request and kept me informed until the collection was completed on the requested date.

Extremely disappointed with SRCL. It has not been possible to get through by telephone- on hold for long periods and then cut off. Different people contacting me about the same issue repeatedly. Eventually changed provider after disastrous communication. This was over a year ago, I never had a contract with the company and had informed the termination of contract team of intention to terminate however I was told that team were struggling with staffing issues so this was not actioned at the right time. I now have relentless hounding by a legal firm regarding an early termination fee (for a contract I did not have in the first place- the previous owner of the practice had a record of a contract but nothing since 2017!!!) for the termination the company failed to action in the first place. I keep attempting communication with this company and now after the stress I am being caused on a weekly basis I have no choice but to complain. Even the legal company have a different contact each time who I have to resend all my information and evidence to with no resolution. It is an unending nightmare.
I would advise medical practitioners to seek these services elsewhere after my continuing poor experience.

Avoid this company at all costs.
This company is a disgrace. Whilst we used them for waste removal they did not provide us with the required documentation to keep us compliant. Through a lot of written communication we agreed to terminate our contract with them. They then continued to charge us for a further 2 months and will not acknowledge previous emails.

I requested a new supply of boxes as we were desperate. Jeff went out of his way to sort an immediate delivery for us. excellent service and kept me informed which was much appreciated.

Good customer service. Pickups when scheduled. Only negative they fail to drop replacement bins as none on the van. Hopefully sorted now.
Overall good service.

This is the worse company anyone could deal with. this one never uplifts when arranged, and still think they can charge you for this customer service totally useless. When your contract ends, they refuse to accept it and think they can just roll it over for another year, even when you have it in writing that it is cancelled Please do not even think of using them

I have had to contact Stericycle a few times with invoice queries. Lesley Clark is the person that I always deal with, along with her colleague Ben Fitton. They are always friendly and keen to help in any way that they can.
