Horrendous customer care…
From the time of ordering my carpet to eventually getting it delivered was a catalogue of issues! Out of stock then delivered to Aberdeen rather than Edinburgh then delivery dates being postponed and cancelled!! Shocking customer care and never calling me back to keep me in the loop!!. Absolutely shocking

Beautiful choice of furniture and excellent service.
Excellent service when choosing our sofas and furniture. Great choice and fantastic quality. Held our items until we were ready for them when we got back from holiday. Over-promised
We had a good experience when we purchase our king sized bed here that’s the reason why we decided to purchase our dining set and coffee table as well. When we were in the store we were assisted which is fine. Although the item we wanted was not available for delivery until after Christmas, the sales guy offered another item which will sure be delivered before Christmas time. That is what he promised! So we decided to just go for it even though we are not 100% sure that we like the item, it’s just a matter of availability because we don’t want to spend Christmas to a newly build home that we just moved and not have a dining table on it. Unfortunately, he over promised. I could vividly remember that he even said that “it WILL arrive before Christmas” despite me saying “hopefully”. Few days after, we received a call that the item won’t be available for delivery until January 6. Now, we will spend Christmas and New Year without dining table just because someone from your team over promised. It is never good to promised to someone. If he didn’t promised we could have opted for other company and spend Christmas with a dining table.

Lovely store
Lovely store, very welcoming. Great choice of suites. Left to browse without being hassled by staff, although they did approach to welcome us in. Enlisted assistance of sales person who took time to show us suites and choice of leathers and colours. Extremely knowledgeable female who took time with us. Brilliant sales staff.

A Store of plenty with helpful & pleasant staff
The staff were around on each floor ready to assist without being intrusive. I purchased a box of crockery and the assistant immediately offered to take it downstairs for me and then arranged for a member of staff to help carry it to our carry. Very helpful and pleasant.

Great quality rugs.
We were looking for a rug and another major carpet supplier in Edinburgh who had a good selection advised us that Sterling, was the place to go to. Speaks volumes, the choice was fantastic the sales manager was informed and very friendly and we found exactly what we were looking for. The price was not cheap but the quality and design is second to none, so good value for money. It was delivered within 7 days and now takes pride of place in our lounge.
