We were looking for good drawers for a bedroom and didn't want to pay a fortune. The ones we bought from Sterling was just what we were looking for.
They are nice to look at and a decent size, sturdy enough and as we got them in the sale it was a no brainer..
Very happy with the service from the staff member at Sterling, lots of choices to pick from too.
We will return for other pieces of furniture ..

Not of the quality I’d imagined from Sterling unfortunately
The suite I bought is not of the quality I’d expect for the amount of money I paid for it.
The lining at the bottom is of a plastic material that feels quite cheap, other suites I’ve had through the years has has a material lining.
The colour we chose is not the same as the sample that was sent out.
There was a flaw on the seating area,
I had to take a day off work for the upholsterer to come and fix it as they couldn’t give me a specific time until the day that was arranged!
Wouldn’t use Sterling again.

Outstanding customer service
The member of staff who helped us understand, select, and buy a riser recliner chair was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and went over and above to help us get what we needed. He was a real expert and offered invaluable advice. Also the selection of these chairs available at Sterling was fantastic. Much better than every other store we visited. The chair was delivered to our family member within days and was exactly what they needed, they love it. I cannot recommend and thank Sterling enough. This is our third purchase from Sterling this year and we will now always go there first when looking to buy furniture.

Very happy with my new sofas. All staff I dealt with were helpful and friendly from sales point to delivery. Furniture was ready earlier than expected however it was no problem to store it until I was ready for delivery.
