Most importantly I ordered an 18 inch chain and it arrived in a lovely box surrounded by white tissue and a lovely stamp holding the tissue paper in place.
When I called Sterling and Wilde, to explain I'd made a mistake and because I've been extremely poorly, battling pneumonia, I think I spoke to David; hope I got the name right, he said "no problem, I'll send you a 22 inch when we receive the 18 inch, but I will have to charge you an extra £6 for the 22" chain".

Beautiful chain and clearly solid silver, as I haven't come out in a rash.

Delivery was very quick.

The jewellery was beautiful. It arrived promptly and was gorgeously packaged. When you are spending over £100 on an item of beauty it is so nice to see it presented with care rather than in a plastic bag in a non descript brown envelope as many things are these days. Mostly though, the chains are really lovely and beautifully made.
