Fail to supply goods.
Ordered a hat in April and took my money immediately. End of April no hat had arrived so emailed them No response or to further emails. eventually made a chargeback against them via my bank which was honoured. Checked out their website and it does NOT me UK trading laws, there is no contact details. A check on companies house reveals this company has moved premises several times recently. Has no assets and has a four figure debt. This may explain why they are taking money but not sending any good out. Stay well clear.

Scam company. Take your money and do not send the product. Absolutely disgusting that the UK Govt. does not do more to protect us from such scam, fake, cheating, rip off retail organisations. Should have read the reviews before ordering - do not buy from this company.
Ordered 2 hats and heard nothing for over a month, despite numerous e-mails asking simply for an order status.
Had to open a PayPal dispute at which point I was sent one hat. Heard nothing about the second hat for another month until I escalated the PayPal dispute and got an email saying they were out of stock (and couldn’t be bothered to tell me).
No refund offered or given by the company, but PayPal ruled in my favour and refunded my money.
FYI their website claims their hats are hand made… they’re not, they’re sourced from various wholesalers which is also why sizing varies wildly if you are lucky enough to receive something you ordered.

there is no communication with these dudes, I bought a hat taxes included on October 24, 2023, on November 28, 2023 I received the following message from customs and the sender must have also received it, regarding an order coming from the Netherlands " This is a number Eori from non-existent sender (invalid non-existent IOSS) " and that I would have to clear the item, which obviously I didn't do, the item was returned by customs.
despite the numerous communications I made with Sterzeal Hats during the purchase about the status of the order, and after the item was returned, I never received a feedback email, and I continue to wait for the money to be returned or for the hat to be sent to me legally.
Appaling service
The service from this company, and I use that term loosely, is absolutely appalling. I ordered a hat on the 8th October 2023 and money was debited from my credit card account that same day.
On 24/10/2023, I chased-up my order through the messaging service on the Sterzeal website. Unfortunately there is no listing of a contact email address. Later that day I received a reply thanking me for “Reaching out to them” and informing me they would try to deal with my problem within 24 hours.
I had received no response by the 28th November so sent them another message requesting an update on my order.
I received no response so after a further few weeks, I decided to contact my credit card company and request a charge back, as the goods I had paid for had not been supplied.
As if by magic I received an email from Sterzeal asking if I’d like them to send me another hat. I pointed out that my order had never arrived and requested a refund.
My credit card contacted me today and advised that Sterzeal had refunded my money.

They have also taken the money from my account. I have instructed them to cancel the order and refund me the full amount, no response.

I am going to pursue this through the small claims court as it is unacceptable that companies feel they can treat customers with such scant regard. Avoid this dreadful company it's a complete con.
SCAM…never received item!
Ordered a hat 17th November and it never arrived. Sent 3 emails via the customer support email address on the website but had no response I’ve had to claim back payment through my bank. Do not purchase from this company.

Hat returned but no refund
Bought a hat and received it. Got email contact and was given a returns form. Filled it in and sent it back. But refund hasn't been given - emails now ignored.

Scammers. Ordered hat which was delivered but wrong colour so sent back recorded delivery with correct paperwork and promised a replacement but never arrived. Raised complaint with PayPal and Sterzeal said they'd send replacement but never did. Not replied to numerous emails.

Purchased a hat online from this company's website.
Hat arrived in a damaged box without an invoice.
The hat was to small, so I returned it for a refund via Evri on the 2/9/23, who confirmed it had been delivered back to the company on the 4/9/23, but still have not received a refund. There is no way of contacting this company as they totally ignore emails and do not have a telephone number. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I purchased a hat a few weeks ago. I have messaged them several times. As they have sent the wrong size. The hat was sent in a box without any packing. I have had no reply. They do not have a telephone contact number. The site looks professional but they are definitely not. I do not recommend them at all.

STERZEAL HATS, AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!!!! I would not give them any star rating ( a -10 would be too good) but unless you do you can not write a review. I recently purchased a fedora style hat from this company which arrived with a defect/hole in the brim of the hat. After numerous emails from my account, 7 in total, asking for a exchange hat with pictures, the only communication I received was an initial auto email response "thank you for reaching out to us" other than that you have more chance of getting a response from Lord Lucan !!! I even used their on line customer support form, 2 times, again no response !!!
In desperation I tried their Chat facility what a joke, return policy an email address,
an email address for a hair care company in New Jersey USA !!!! In other words another way of deflecting problems away from this joke of a company !!!
This company is run by a Mr Noori and no one else, a one man band who once he has your money and you have a problem you are on your own and has no intention whatsoever to provide his so called customer care which he advertises on his Web site.
His web site has no contact phone number, I wonder why !!!! So please do not purchase anything from this crook unless you want to run the lottery of whether or not it will arrive, please read other Trustpilot reviews, or it has a problem, wrong hat, size or faulty because you will have nothing but frustration trying to communicate with a person with no morals whatsoever. Don't waist your money
I went on line and bought 2 x hats, which they took the money for straight away. Waited weeks, and numerous e-mails that were not replied to for only to get an e-mail stating that only one was in stock, so i asked for this to be sent and a refund sent. One hat to turn up, but no refund.
There has been no real communications. But the hat that did turn up was of good quality.
