Refund non existant

My initial order arrived quickly and the hat was nice quality but way too big so I tried to follow the website's return policy. It took several emails over many weeks to get them to even agree to a refund. Now, despite having signed for the hat months ago, they have not issued the refund or responded to any of my messages. Absolutely appalling customer service. Stick to the mainstream stores, not worth the hassle.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I stupidly did even after reading these reviews. Ordered a hat that was in stock in August. Over a month had passed without delivery. Contacted the company via the email provided twice with no reply. Then contacted again in October to no reply. The hat arrived nearly 2 months after order. Quality is no better than a market stall really. Beware as the Etsy store has similar reviews with hats never arriving

Awful company

Awful company. I paid for a hat that never arrived and over a month later have still received no reply to many messages sent. The company has no way of contacting them besides the in website message tool, which should have been a warning flag I didn't notice. I am now having to try to recoup my money via my bank. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Scammers

Do not buy from this " company"
...they are scammers who do not send out goods or issue refunds. Any attempt to contact them draws a blank with no response.
Priority service is also a joke , might as well throw your money away !

Although my 1st initial package was…

Although my 1st initial package was lost in the mail, they did excellent when it came to communicating back and forth up until the 2nd attempt at the package arrived! The responses were always timely, and they provided a tracking number the 2nd time around. I am very happy with the quality of the hat and it fits perfectly!

Sent me wrong size then just ignore all communication cant return due to them ignoring my emails it deliberate

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered from them 10 days ago after contacting them on Instagram to ask how long delivery usually takes as I needed the item for an event. They told me 1-3 days for processing then 2-3 days for delivery.
It’s now been 10 days and they haven’t even processed the item, I’ve emailed multiple times and messaged on social media… my messages on social media have been left unread (even though they replied to the message when I wanted to order pretty much straight away) and my emails have been ignored. When I said I was going to cancel my order they replied to ask for my order number (even though they had it) but I haven’t had a reply since.

The best thing about this hat is how…

The best thing about this hat is how comfortable it is and most of the time, it didn't feel like I was wearing it. I don't have to alter it like I have done with baseball caps in the past and I am one off those people that falls between sizes so I stretched it a little by putting it over something slightly bigger and left it for a day or two and now it fits perfectly.

Don't waste your time with this joke of an individual

Don't waste your time with this company. I did check the reviews before I placed the order so I was aware of what I was getting myself into. I knew Amex would have my back and all it took was one phone call to Amex and I had my money back. I ordered a Cowboy Hat as it was the design that I liked. I only managed to get an order confirmation and that was it. I had to chase several times and finally I got a reply from the owner, Mr Noori. He said they were busy fulfilling orders and a shortage of staff which made me laugh, even more so when the reply came from an outlook account. After a bit of digging this company is a one man band. There are no employees other than Mr Noori. There is no phone number for the company or Mr Noori. The business is operated from a residential address. There are other better companies that deal with hats in the UK. AVOID THIS ONE!

They are a real disgrace and scammers

They are a real disgrace and scammers. I bought a hat from them on the 24th of July, and until today I have not received the tracking number. They are a bunch of thieves, and I do not recommend anyone buy from them. They have a terrible support line, and they are the worst online store I've ever bought from in my entire life.

Took ages to receive wrong item

Took 4 weeks for them to have sent me the wrong hat. Constant back and forth with customer service trying to get it returned and get the money back that I have been out of pocket for for way over a month. Would never buy from them again.

This company provides the worst service…

This company provides the worst service I have ever experienced from an on-line market. Actually no service, they took my order and my money and still no sign of delivery after 6 weeks and endless emails receiving no response. Well actually one apologetic email but nothing since. Awful! Do not trust them....

DO NOT TRUST OR USE

Useless. They do not answer emails although I had sent 3 and given them at least 48 hours to answer. They have on Etsy an advert which states that they answer quickly but that is a load of laff. I am cancelling my order with them and going to the bank to get a refund. DO NOT USE as it will be money just thrown away.

Follow up: 30/06/2023 Although the order had been cancelled, the company continue to send me emails stating that the hat is on its way. I have replied to each email that the order has been cancelled but they are either ignoring my replies or just not seeing them as they state that the order is on its way. I have replied to the latest email that I will not accept delivery and just wonder if that will get through to them or they still insist on sending the order. What a company. Definitely not one to trust.

Update 05/07/2023: Talk about being thick. They used a company (which used to be called Hermes and are now known as Evri) to deliver an order that had been cancelled. The delivery company driver doesn't even have the sense to use a perfectly visible door bell to announce that something is on the doorstep so I did not learn of any delivery until after midnight when I managed to check my emails.
